Pure Prata is pure Carbohydrates and it will stress the liver and pancreas. It is better to eat some meat first and add some butter or eggs to slow the increase in blood sugar within the body.

If you want small talk and good service you need to find a shop that is not busy or short handed. As long as the food is good, cheap or decent, just buy and enjoy.

This shop seems to provide more refined prata and better ambience than the shop at Kembangan with $7.90 prata buffet. The additional $2 of $9.90 prata buffet is definitely worth the value. But hope it is a permanent offer as it seems to be limited time offer. The waitress may like to serve the dishes more gently than pushing them to the table. 😊

Seriously, the food variety n quality doesn't look good. Many would rather pay abit more to eat at better buffet places or skip it altogether. Just go to an ala carte restaurant.
