no, dont use... Gramiyon main yeh apki skin k oper paseena ayey ga ya cleanser instamael kerny k bad. cleanser ko as a moisturizer use nhi kerna chaqhyey. you can use any good moisturizer.
I used Boots Moisturising Cream. You can use Ponds, Creme 21, in local Derma Shine. etc

phli bat to yeh acha hair mask nhi ha. kisi bhi hair mask ko use kernay ka tareeka yeh hota ha k gelay balon main balon ki jaron say nechy fingers ki madad say 2 minutes kay liy laga rahny dain. or us k bad sir dhoo lain.
apply on damp hair , leave on yours hair for 2 or three minutes then wash it properly . for better result do it after 2 or three days when you used the shampoo.

Koi bhi shampoo baloon ko lamba nhi kerta. it depends on yours health. shampoo balon ko soft kerta ha frizzfree kerta ha. or kisi had tak balon ko girny say rokta ha.
