Rotary Park Winter Walk | Exploring Dieppe’s Snowy Trails
In this video, I take you for a Rotary Park winter walk. The park, best known as Rotary St-Anselme Park in Dieppe, New Brunswick, offers a variety of trails suitable for all seasons. It features several loop trails, including a 1.3-mile (2.1 km) loop and a 1.4-mile (2.25 km) outer loop, both considered easy routes that take approximately 30 minutes to complete. Additionally, there's a 4.7 km loop with an elevation gain of 73 meters, providing a scenic and accessible hiking experience.
This walk follows the 2 km outer trail, a peaceful route that winds through serene wooded areas, offering picturesque snowy views perfect for winter hiking enthusiasts. The park is a popular destination for walking, cycling, and cross-country skiing, with well-maintained trails allowing for safe and enjoyable winter adventures. Visitors can also find amenities such as a BMX track, picnic areas, a playground, and open fields, making it a year-round recreational space.
This video was filmed using the Feiyu Pocket 1, a compact gimbal camera designed to stabilize movement. Unfortunately, I later realized that the camera was set to "All Follow" mode instead of "Follow" mode, causing it to track every hand movement and resulting in shakier footage than intended. I noticed this issue during editing and apologize for any viewing discomfort. There's another upcoming video with similar issues due to this setting, but I assure you that future videos will have improved stability.
🌟 INTERESTING FACT 🌟
A time capsule containing 50 items representing Dieppe’s history was buried at Rotary St-Anselme Park on January 1, 2000. The capsule is set to be opened on January 1, 2050, offering a glimpse into how the city has evolved over 50 years.

Join me on a cold winter walk around my neighborhood in Dieppe, NB, on a windy -10°C morning (feeling like -16°C with the wind chill)! I made the mistake of not accounting for the wind chill, and while I checked the temperature and thought -10°C was still okay, it ended up feeling much colder, and I even got my legs a bit burned from the cold. While walking through the cleared area near my neig...

Buena la aventura, saludos!
La próxima aventura se viene pronto. 👍
A nice toy for those square meters of light snow, but I prefer a good snow shovel or a really powerful snowblower, lol!
I really like the gadgets.. But yes, it would be cleaner with a Big shovel... This is just more fun
Almost a Canadian out for a walk in the snow with your tims...
Haha, almost almost...it was hot chocolate though, and not black coffee 😬... And I don't drive a huge pickup truck either haha

Hey, this is Moncton New Brunswick, Canada
