That’s what i am experiencing too. Even I did connecting it directly to power supply still it will automatically turn off.

I really respect your opinion. I’m just showing how my device work. This maybe a counterfeit because I purchase this in a very affordable price. Just to remind sir that this is a Mini version. And please if you have this device try to full charge it before using.

Did you bought it through online? Did you try to turn while charging? If it is working maybe you have problem with battery

It is really big and heavy as well. I used to take video so much that s why I need this capacity power to juice up my phone.

JBL stands for his reputation of sound quality but for me I will go to Xiaomi sound pocket considering the PRICE, and the IP67 rating for dust and water resistant that's a big + and of course the quality of the sound which is really enough to me
