Naaahh i felt 1,000cc is more tame than 600cc 0-120mph at 120mph the 1,000cc wakes up. 600cc V2 twin engines have more Torque 1st-3rd gear… but after that..1,000cc destroys them.

Yeaah I have a Panigale 899 old school tuned stage 2 and that Bike will not forgive mistakes and also have a S1k 2022 (stage 1 tuned) n it feels almost self driving with all the technology as exiting as a Video Game.. 🤣no thrills

I think it depends how cold it is where you live. From what i know its not good to start it up for a short time, as you would have to leave it running long enough for it to heat up fully and evaporate all the condensation inside the engine. If not you may run into corrosion. I also live in canada where its gets pretty cold. I just add fuel stabelizer and pull my battery before winter. Read your manual if in doubt

So I have owned in the past, and currently own many BMW vehicles. Both cars and bikes (including a s1000rr) I can promise, if you use and maintain as intended, they are hands down the best performing machines. They are by no means the cheapest, by no means the least maintenance needed, and by no means the least finicky. If you keep up maintenance and buy her nice things like tires, brakes, fluid and filters, drive her hard, she will keep you very pleased. If you abuse her, or don’t ride her hard enough, she will lay down on you and make you spend a shit pot of money to get back on that ride.

Battery tender number one and two cold starts are setup to run rich until close to normal operating temperature than lean out a little based on what the O2 sensor information is provided back to the ecm . In other words your washing the oil film off the cylinder walls form the last time you rode it which could allow rust to form on the walls and rings which will create a whole new set of problems . But you do you 😂😂

You can redline it as much as you want as long as you change the oil and do the service on time.

You’re doing more damage to the bike by just starting it and turning it off. Top off the gas tank and keep it on a battery tender until you ride the bike.
