If you told me there are 5 days a week, i am not going to listen to that statement because they are 7 days in a week(Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). If you understood those things, you would agree and admit that it is truth that Milwaukee won it all in 2021. There is a difference between understanding that someone believes something and understanding the belief itself. EX: someone may belief that 2+2=5. I do not understand and i hate this " every opinion deserves to be understood, respected, validated, and considered" fallacy. If your opinion isn't based on facts or logic, I do not need to listen to, understand, validate, open my mind to, and make sense of that belief. EX: if someone said Juilus Randle is a better playoff performer than Kobe Bryant, I will completely tear that thought down and crap on it with facts and context. Kobe has 23 playoff double doubles. JR only has 9. Kobe has 13 40 point playoff games. JR has 0. Kobe has 88 30 point playoff games. JR has none. Kobe has 167 20 point playoff games. JR has 6 20 point playoff games. Kobe has 9 double digit assists. JR never had a double digit assist playoff game. Kobe has 14 double digit rebound playoff game. JR has 9. Kobe shoots 44.8% from the field in the playoffs. JR shoots 34% from the field in the playoffs. Black Mamba shoots 33% from downtown in the playoffs. JR shoots 28% from downtown in the playoffs. My point is that I can respect your right to have an opinion meaning you can believe what you want at the same time, if your opinion is stupid, dumb, illogical, invalid, heaven forbid racist, and full of narratives, I will not listen to, I will not understand, I will not accept, I will not consider, I will not make sense of that opinion. Remember, opinions aren't people. Opinions are just thoughts. Everyone is entitled to their opinion at the same time, people can rip your opinion apart if it literally sounds ridiculous.
