You weren’t here very long but your roots have run deep in the Morrilton Ward and North Little Rock Stake. Your missionary spirit is still active and influencing others for good here thru the Moll boys, Jack & John, who are the direct beneficiaries of your missionary work in this part of our Lord’s vineyard, as well as those they reach out and touch in their Christian efforts to uplift & inspire just as you did when you served our Lord & Savior by sharing your witness of Him and of His Gospel. And your influence for good also continues to extend to others thru me as the impact of your Christian example and the friendship you have always extended toward me has been deeply appreciated and treasured in my soul to this day. Everytime I go assist or help somebody with something, a part of you is there as well, as a portion of the inspiration I feel to help others comes thru my having worked with Elder Ashcroft when you served here and from our friendship that developed thru that experience beginning nearly half a century ago in 1978 when the Lord sent you to Morrilton Arkansas as His missionary to those whose lives here you have touched and changed for good forever. Such has your influence been on certain lives here, Rick. Lives changed & uplifted thru you and YOUR Life -your Light -your Love. Personally, I cannot imagine my life without you having been a part of it. One day, when the Lord makes it possible for all things to be made known and more fully understood, you’ll come to know more of the depth & breadth that your positive influence, example, and friendship has had on my life and the love I have for you as one of the most choice friends & brothers in life.

I thought about you while I was filming, thinking you’d surely enjoy this and the memories of your time here in Arkansas that watching it might elicit. My selection of background music-did you happen to notice the years of release of those two albums? :-) Where were you in ‘77 & ‘78? I only wish you could have been here personally to enjoy this drive thru the Arkansas countryside with me last week.

@vustation I’m glad your soul was stirred by the music I’ve uploaded to my channel. That it would be the means of lifting others hearts as it has mine is my intent and purpose in posting each of these songs that I’ve handpicked. I consider them the crème de la crème of all recorded music worldwide. Nothing mediocre here. It’s all soul-stirring to those who can feel as well as hear. @user-fy1lb3fv2p But why do our lives depend on each of us receiving personal revelation if the Prophet is telling us what to do? Who needs God or personal revelation if we have the Prophet to follow? It’s instructive to note that President Nelson didn’t tell us that our lives depend on following every public utterance and suggestion made by the Prophet. He said our individual lives depend upon heeding the promptings/personal revelation/knowledge received from God thru the Holy Ghost. That is the process of TRUTH GAINING that trumps/supersedes the mere suggestions presented to the Church by Prophets & Apostles in SECULAR matters. The Brethren have sometimes been deceived by our enemies and have, in those rare instances, offered errant personal advice to the saints which has brought hardship and (in the case of their last mistake) even death to many who have blindly followed their public suggestion. There is a CULTure of Prophet-worship within the body of the saints that places the words of mortal Prophets ABOVE & BEFORE God. People are dying over that mistake as I type this. That priority MUST BE REVERSED in those individual lives or they (in the words of President Nelson) “WILL NOT SURVIVE” the power of the Dragon and his Beast to deceive “EVEN THE VERY ELECT” in these last days.

It easily comes right off, easily breaking when you pull it. They had it all off of themselves in just a couple of minutes.

It is called the New Madrid Fault… A 1991 Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) and FEMA report estimates damages from a 7.6 magnitude NMSZ (New Madrid Seismic Zone) earthquake to the Bootheel counties of Mississippi, New Madrid and Pemiscot would be 0.2-2% of their population killed, 1-10% of their population seriously injured, 10% of their buildings collapsed and 30% of their buildings receiving severe structural damage. For Scott, Stoddard and Dunklin counties the percentage estimates are 0.1-1% killed, 0.5-5% seriously injured, 5% of structures collapsed and 20% with severe structural damage. For Butler, Bollinger, Cape Girardeau, Perry, St. Louis (including the city), Lincoln, Pike, Marion and Lewis Counties the estimates are 0.02- 0.2% killed, 0.1-1% seriously injured, 1% building collapses and 10% with severe structural damage. A 2004 HAZUS report prepared by FEMA, based on a 7.7 earthquake occurring in the New Madrid Seismic Zone, estimates earthquake damages to be $296 billion dollars across the region and nearly 730,000 people DISPLACED FROM THEIR HOMES. In Missouri, the report estimates a direct economic loss of $69 billion dollars and nearly 87,000 damaged buildings. The paths of both total solar eclipses intersect at the very heart of the New Madrid Seismic Zone (NMSZ). It appears to have been planned that way. Seismic experts have been saying that the NM fault line is going to one day experience a major event. They say it will be catastrophic. Do the intersecting paths of the 2 total solar eclipses occur right at “ground zero” of the New Madrid danger zone? Yes. Is that a warning? It may be.

Too many leave the Church when they find out the Brethren aren’t perfect after having been taught by the errant culture of prophet worshipers at local levels of the Church, the false doctrine that “We don’t need to pray about it! The Prophet tells us what to do and should be followed blindly in every utterance he makes!” This is not the doctrine of Christ. It is not the doctrine of the Church. It is not the doctrine taught by the Prophet nor any of the Apostles. It is a large portion of the saints at the LOCAL levels of Stakes & Wards who promulgate this falsehood, not understanding the doctrine of the Church nor the mind & will of our Father in Heaven. I learned the things I shared in the video thru much pondering & prayer after having lost good friends who left the Church over that falsehood constantly promulgated by the cult of Prophet worshipers within the Church. If new members and children were taught the Truth which I’ve shared in the video, they would have their faith in God and in the mortal leaders of the Church STRENGTHENED. It is false doctrine that weakens faith and leads to apostasy, not Truth. The Truth is what strengthens Faith.
