Keiko’s story touched the hearts of many people over the years. We will never forget him for showing us that animals like his own kind should never be taken out of their homes and live lives in captivity. He may never have found his family but at least he had people who loved him and wanted to help him return home to the ocean. RIP Keiko Lolita Tillikum and all the other orcas who sadly were taken from their family pods. We will never forget them.😢

Hey not the beat burden we all make mistakes but I've been doing research by watching your guys's film okay and I just thought about this it would have been worth it but why didn't you hunt the shark does the get deliver liver in alpha shark because that one does save kiko's life even more because they use every medications about what I figured out so next time you free an orca like wet Willie in Kiko remember liver shark liver and Kennedy and feed it to him

First he did attempt to be with other pods. He was not alone. He followed another pod to Norway so he was not alone. Also he lived 5 years not 1, 5. No one can convince me that giving him the opportunity to swim in the ocean again was a bad thing. He was dying slowly and miserably in chlorinated water that was hot. All killer whales are kept in much smaller of a tanks than any creature their size should ever be in. If China is exploding with this right now. If they want to copy sea world at the very least build tanks that are massive . Or better yet do not do it at all.

Why take a whale from it's natural environment just to make a show. 😢

Humans are horrible towards animals and whales.😢

Just imagine if Corky, Ulises, Orkid, Ikaika, Kalia, Keet, Shouka, and Makani from Seaworld San Diego, Makaio, Malia, Trua, Katina, and Nalani from Seaworld Orlando, and, Kyuquot, Takara, Sakari, Tuar, and Kamea from Seaworld San Antonio, all of these orcas meeting Keiko. They would all love him and feel inspired by Keiko. Keiko would be a hero to Corky, Ulises, Orkid, Ikaika, Kalia, Keet, Shouka, Makani, Makaio, Malia, Trua, Katina, Nalani, Kyuquot, Takara, Sakari, Tuar, and Kamea.

Keiko is most assuredly suffering Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Of course he remembers with a brain six times larger than a human brain. Coupled with the multitude of spectators, sirens, crowds chanting and cheering adding to the stress of poor Keiko. Not to mention making Keiko perform a last show even though it was known of his ailing health. Humans selfish to core.

I just wish human beings could leave nature to be in nature. Unfortunately now this is how Orcas in captivity have to go about being released, and one has still yet to make it back into the ocean. Just let nature be in nature and leave it alone. Watch from afar if you like.

I stopped visiting Sea World, Bush Gardens and any type of Zoos in the hope they get shut down. I hope the same for Disney world. Until they start paying those hard working men and women in the park, I won’t set foot in Disney world

Free ORCA back from to his family in the Wild

It’s like keiko KNEW that he was possibly about to be reunited with his family..calling them out or allowing us to study his language to hopefully find his family for him. They really are amazingly intelligent.. It’s just so sad how he died and died alone. Never able to find his true family again & getting rejected by his own kind.. I don’t think keikos journey was a waste though. He finally got to experience his natural habitat again, he gained weight, & seemed happier than he had ever been.. and we were able to learn & grow from this experience as people.

They should have brought his dolphin friends

Before people put whales in captivity, they actually tortured whales and celebrated their slow, painful deaths. Now the wild whales are endangered and the captive whales are soon to be a memory.

Still love watching the films great work to marina staff now he is no more ❤
