Crohn's & Colitis Flare Friendly Vegan & Gluten Free Taquitos
Such a comprehensive video! If you’re struggling with Ulcerative Colitis or chronic diseases, Planet Ayurveda’s expert consultations and Care Pack can provide great support.
My uncle had been suffering from Irritable Bowel Disease for years, but after using IAFA Ayurveda’s natural solutions, he experienced complete relief within just 3 months. The treatments were effective and gentle, and he’s now living a much healthier, pain-free life.
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s when I was 4 and thankfully it has been mild and still is today. What has helped me so far is bland diet and mostly medications to help me manage. Medication are tiresome but I understand that they are helpful and my GI is amazing.
I've heard the carnivore diet works wonders.. I'm going to have to give it a go because my medication seems to be wearing off!🫰
Disgusting
So sorry to hear that you have ibd
Soy is not for human consumption!
Is that the little poop bag thing?
When I was first diagnosed with Crohn’s I was disheartened and overwhelmed by how differently everyone manages their Crohn’s and was at a complete loss. I ended up going the medical route and I’m so thankful that I did. I am still trying to understand my situation with Crohn’s and gain more weight but I am thankful for how far I’ve come. 6 years later after my diagnosis and going strong!❤
Try Pitta balance capsules by Planet Ayurveda. It is very useful.
Hello
Please explain
Where is the recipe? Thank you!
Recipe??

One thing that really helps. Don't eat carbs, fibre, fruits or veg and you don't get gassy or bloated.
Iv had chrons for 25 years, large bowel and rectum removed. Various meds that only treat symptoms. I no longer have chrons thanks to the carnivore diet. 1 year of meat and water fixed 25 years of pain.
The Ayurvedic treatment for Crohn’s disease from Planet Ayurveda has been incredibly effective. My chronic diarrhea and abdominal pain have reduced drastically, and I feel healthier.
Just got diagnosed today 😭
same bro what symptoms were you experiencing
please reply
I’m so sorry y’all 😢
Oof! I've been diagnosed for around a year or two, and it gets better! Stay strong. You're not along🫶
Please explain your symptoms please 😢

Don't eat breakfast, don't eat at work, don't eat within 3 hours of having to go out. I eat one meal a day when I get home from work, and normal on weekends at home. Have only had two minor accidents at work since doing this over the past 5 years and am still overweight so no issues with nutrition.
I wish ppl would understand it’s not that we don’t want to go out it’s just that we can’t and it’s embarrassing the smells we can put out.
Hello
Could you do a herbal supplements blog for Crohn's please.
Amazing video. Is Whey protein powder from Diary ok for IBD?

This doesn't get rid of had bacteria or parasites and they can feed of any food anyways. Sure Dairy and gluten are inflammatory but fiber can also feed bacteria, yet fiber is needed. And if you have low stomach acid, eating anything will hurt. So yeah Taking out problem foods is just a small piece of the puzzle.
