I think the last time for me doing something new was doing physical therapy after i hurt my back at work. I was terrified when i walked in. After a bit, it was nice to go in and feel progress made. Everyone there was so nice and inviting which made going in alone that much more enjoyable. It's been tough sure, but having everyone there making me feel comfortable about getting help made it worth it.
