Sometimes what holds me back is that I have Depression, very bad Anxiety, lots of stress, & Homesickness but sometimes it holds me back but it doesn’t stop me to do what I love. So even the worst possible thing in the universe can not stop us. Stay awesome, & Stay Cool 😎

The best decision I’ve ever made was I went with one of my family members to South Fork, Colorado this early summer and along the way I got home sick but I made it through and it was beautiful!

Okay let me try this on, I have had issues with cash and the flow of it my direction. No more! Now I say: “I am so financially sound that I don’t choose work based on what they pay, but what I DO.” I USED to pick work based on pay and whoever was knocking at my door asking for money. Is that what you mean by who I want to BE? I want to be someone who is motivated by the love of serving and is richly rewarded for it. She TRUSTS that the rewards are an obvious given. That cash is Not to be earned “wrongly”. Money earned wrong is never spent right 😮. Oh and I came back to edit to add: I be the gal that gets paid to show up places cause I’m just that gifted! Now that’s a new BE for me! ❤ Dannng our mutual friend stimulated a great thought in a REALLLLY great teacher! 👏 FYI We posted at the same time again, must be talkin to the same Universe! 😂🎉

That's great advice, Mark! So often when we're confronted with an issue we get fixated on the "what ifs" and end-up catastrophizing things. Rather than actually looking for a solution, we get fixated on whatever the fear is, which causes anxiety, suffering, and pain.
Well looks like our crew was on the bullhorn today! I heard “NO MORE until you release!!” Literallly just posted! 😮 apparently you did too! This is a really great, relaxing session! 🎉 im going to use this as a confirmation to stay on this and DONNNNT STOP this time. Thanks friend! 🎉

This is an important message, Mark. I've learned that sometimes it's better not to try to be positive and empowering. Everyone deals with stress differently, and some people get upset when you try to be positive. It doesn't mean you shouldn't stay positive, but you should keep your inner Tony Robbins in check lol
