That’s great! I did the same thing and put the custom pipe to block the two open ends. I then drove the car for like 2 hours and I burned up all the coolant that was collected at the muffler. It was a smoke screen going up the hills 😂…it cleared up and it’s very good now.

Would this work for the Japanese import with this headunit?

Just finished doing it and it works perfect. The heads up displace on the windshield doesn’t show directions. Everything else works great. Happy to finally get Apple carplay

Wow…I’d love the update, but not for $1500 + install. That’s a lot of 💰 just for Apple CarPlay, to me at least.

This only works for Prius prime models. I am not too sure if it may fit your Prius model.

I just bought a 2018 Prius 4 with a 11.6 JBL, how do you decipher using the current VIN to figure out which 2020+ JBL model I need to be seeking out to make the switch? So many model numbers and so confusing. 😵‍💫

Not sure how old the video is but so you’re basically swapping every sensor and key component to the sr20 over to the ka so you can run it factory turbo? as in bolt everything from the sr20 up to the ka so you can just run it with no tune? pretty cool idea 👍

Hey by any chance would you know why my prius prime 2017 audio wont came from speaker even when its connect to BT or if its in AM or FM there is no sound coming i try holding the mode button to mute and unmute but it doesnt display to show me if that button even works when i try to increase or decrease the volume that does not display when i cilck on it by any chance would you know why
