Had a very bad experience with Billie's Painting solutions. Two painters came into my home to paint. It has become clear that one of them was not an employee of the company and was the other painter's brother. While in my home, one or both of them entered my closet (door was closed) and when they left, items and money were missing from my closet. The company offered to compensate me for my loss, but never did. After multiple attempts to contact them, they have ignored my emails. I don't recommend hiring them.

Farrell Calhoun is a great company that has top notch employees selling superior products. I should know I worked for them for 35 years. Mark my words Texas. Support these guys, you won't regret it. Anthony was my favorite target for zingers.

I was with the company for 21 yrs and saw it coming since flacks bought it. The lie or delusion went all the way down to district level. They lied the entire time! I skipped the last week of work when they shut down credit cards.

I've been using Kelly Moore Paints since 1984 it's to bad they folded under this new Acquisition. I also noticed when you made this video only one person commented and the minute they folded all the haters start commenting ( They didn't have anything to say a year ago )

So now what, KM shutting down, what is Flax going to do

Flax ran it into the ground. Everyone just got laid off and the company is going under. Flax did this intentionally.

Mark, As someone that experienced all that you discussed, this was a great perspective on the most important history of Benjamin Moore. Jim throughout his career choreographed the product success and commitment to quality Benjamin Moore continues to be known for. Great Job Jim and enjoy retirement!

Bad company to work for. Had a friend that worked there for 10 years and they consistently skipped over people who were next in line for promotion and hired people from California to move to Texas for the job. He was written up once because two guys ran out of the store with items while he was in the back grabbing the paint (5gal paint was in the back warehouse). They said he shouldn’t have left the customers in the front of the store by themselves m...he was the only one working because they limited everyone to 30 hours to avoid paying overtime. Horrible company to work for

One of your best yet! As an aside, the PPG push to get contractors to Lowe's is an updated version of their old tactic of selling direct to contractors at lower prices than to dealers. Years back we had a contractor customer who purchased his Ben Moore needs from us but used PPG for his basics on a direct basis at below market pricing!
