Not sure if you knew, but Falink’s difficulty has been all over the map in the past couple weeks! If you haven’t given it an attempt since Friday, I’d try once more since it is easier to take down than was the case on day one! I hear you though on not wanting to deal with finding other irl players just to complete content! Good luck though!!

Yes, if 2,500+ is too much candy, you can instead bring a team of three, including the Dubwool with Max Darkness, and a Greedent with Max Quake, or even a Blastoise with Max Darkness if you have one of those beefed up! I'll be making more content soon including a team of three lower combat power mons and maybe even trying to solo with Greedent or Dubwool since I have one of each already powered up!! While Metang doesn’t have any ground type or otherwise super effective max moves, it would be good for switching in to charge the Max Meter for a pokemon that does! This is because it would only have to face not-very-effective damage. Normal, Psychic, and Steel type moves are the only fast attacks the Beldum line has, and they are all, funnily enough, all not very effective against the Beldum line! This will work especially well if the Metang has good HP and/or Defense! This will be important if your super effective attacker cannot defend against a lot of damage. Switch your super effective attacker out when not dynamaxing, to save its HP for the big hits! Pokemon can also use charged attacks when not dynamaxed, so spending some time battling even when not dynamaxing might also be smart. The type of a pokemon’s damaging Max Move is always the same as its fast move; so Dynamax Pokemon that have super effective fast moves are: Charmander line (fire type Ember, or probably the better Fire Fang at Charmeleon and Fire Spin for Charizard) Wartortle & Blastoise (dark type Bite), Squovet & Greedent (both have dark type Bite, and Greedent has ground type Mud Shot. Bite is probably better than Mud Shot normally, and probably therefore the better choice here for Dynamaxing!) Good luck, and keep an eye out for an instructional video and/or short on using just three CP1500-1700 Pokemon to take down a dynamax Beldum!

Yes they are! In fact I caught the STRONGEST dynamax Beldum in the first couple hours! Keep an eye out for a short and/or video on the subject 👀

@evanstcroix425 You can do it!! I recommend a dynamax charizard above 2500cp to solo (make sure its fast move is Fire type!). Or if that is too expensive candy-wise, either bring along a blastoise with a Dark type fast move, or a Greedent with a Ground type fast move, or both! The fast move changes the Max Move’s type and itll be super effective!! You can dynamax multiple times, too, so make sure to SWIPE your pokemon left and right to pick up the Dynamax Bubbles when they appear!

Oh-- and a level 2 Max Flare is likely key!

Hi amulet! Here’s a quick summary, but know I’m gonna make a video on how to catch all the dynamax pokemon, including ones from dynamax raids that premiere on Sept 10 at 10am local! There are only 3 catchable dynamax pokemon available before raids: two wooloo, and one skwovet. These can all be shiny! And they can also evolve. One of the wooloo is a reward from gaining your first 1,000mp from both visiting Power Spots and/or walking 2km. You can check your MP and catch this wooloo when you hit 1,000, from the Nearby Tab’s Power Spot menu. The other wooloo and the squovet are both available through the “To The Max” special research given automatically to players at least level 13 or higher. Happy to help with any other questions!

Correct, but only if every power spot is new; thankfully though, even if every power spot has been visited already, you will still hit exactly 1,000 doing the same thing. As long as you do a 2km last, youre golden!

You are absolutely correct, and i’m already planning to make an update short. Haven't confirmed if the +20 bonus will be available again once the power spot disappears & reappears back at the same point of interest, but i will have that information in the short when it is released before the 10th! But to summarize, the last two options (including the option that gives you the most particles in a single day) will still bring you to 1,000 daily even if all the power spots you visit only give 100mp. Option A: 6 spots (600mp if none new) + one 2km (300mp) = 900mp, which does NOT break over 1000! Option B: 1 spot (100mp if not new) + two 2km (600mp), before another 2km (300mp); 100+600+300 = 1000mp exactly! Option C: 4 spots (400mp if none new) + one 2km (300mp) + another 2km (300mp); 400+300+300= exactly 1000mp! Thank you so much for adding the info!

Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a way to increase the amount of MP you can store, at least not yet. However, it might be smart to start spending MP on a dynamax pokemon's max moves if you eventually want different dynamax pokemon. This is because you will be REQUIRED to bring an existing dynamax pokemon to be able to battle and capture new ones in dynamax raids.

I should be on in a bit to host some Incineroar raids to take it down, and explain how to use Malamar to do it!

I've heard reports of of 250 Max Particles being the cost to enter a Dynamax Wooloo raid. Wishing you shiny dynamax luck!

Happy to! I'll probably be making a video soon, but if you're focusing on outbreaks definitely knock out 60 of the pokemon before you start picnic resetting. A sandwich can help, but don't save in case the outbreak or sandwich ends with no shiny, so you can reset your game and keep the herba mystica!
