Pat Lewis Tribute R&B and Northern Soul Legend
i always assumed he was black
Stevie Wonder is not the only one. Ron Temperton, an Englishman, contributed to the career of Michael Jackson and wrote many songs for him, like Thriller. And he also was the main motor behind Heatwave. The Beegees wrote many wonderful ballads, like How can you mend a broken heart from Al Green. And there are many more. Its strange, when white artist sing the songs written or performed by black people it seems to be a problem. Hypocrites.
I ❤ the show

Greetings: I must admit that Mr. Miller was indeed a great writer for the Motown sound and others but what about Mr. Rodger Penzabene? Where does he fit in? Peace
@georgeluckette1671 Hii there thank you for watching and commenting, . Rodger Pensabene, was brilliant songwriter. My favorite is I Wish it would Rain, He has a sad story., The way he left this world is heartbreaking. His contributions to Motown should never be overlooked He was only there for 1yr but he did alot with his songs in that short time.. 😥
Brother as got soul
My Pop was a great writer! A craftsman.
Your Dad was brillant. Thank you for watching and commening t
@@MarkArthurMiller Excellent....Maybe you got the touch!
Amazing songwriter! I wonder why he didn't get national recognition before this? Fantastic talent! for once in my life, A place in the sun, Yester me yester you yesterday and Heaven help us all.....Anyone think that Stevie wonder needed help writing songs? This great man DID!!
You learn something new every day! May he rest in peace.. Amazing Songs that he contribute to Motown!!
IKR.. Thanks for watching
Fantastic information. As Diane Lewis said, "I thank you Kindly".
I STILL believe that her album "Robbery" was one of her best works. Her artistic maturity really blossomed--after she left Motown. The music she then created was more polished; and the songwriting became much more daring. Clearly, her tenure at Motown stifled her brilliance as a songwriter.
She was Brillant.. Thanks for watching
she was so underrated.... Motown truly did her wrong.....
She was so talented . THANK YOU FOR WATCHING!
Love her❤❤❤
My fave character was Rachel Crawford!

Now, I'm trying to "thumbs uo" this video. What gives? Lol. Check it Out! Ciao!!!
I love every character she has played😂😂 She is a great singer and actress ❤
And she's always been fine too!. I remember her ad a member of singing trio, Tony Orlando and Dawn, as a kid. " Knock Three Times",and " Tie A Yellow Ribbon Round The Old Oak Tree" were two of their biggest hits. She would've made a great Willona on "Good Times". She has always stayed busy acting all these years . I'm proud of her success! God Bless you, Telma! Che k it Out! Ciao!!!
I really enjoyed this. Thanks for the research and effort

@moiramclaughlin2121 Tell the truth , as a fifty year plus fan of girl groups, I've never seen that clip until a week ago. But my god could those girls work the stage. That last few minutes with Wanda teasing that guy (surely he was part of the act), screeching her heart out and clearly having the time of her life, is electrifying to me. My sister doesn't agree, I admit.
