This same restaurant owned by a national guardsman takes a yearly vacation to Aruba but yet can't pay his Cooks. A week's paid vacation a year.

Most restaurants should do this, because like a lot of small restaurants, especially in Lewistown Pennsylvania AKA wingman brewing q. They hire college-educated people that were criminals. They got your education due to that but never really went anywhere and if they did it was in a city and not a small town like they're trying to hire for. So then this educated chef has to be in there with other people that have been doing this small town thing for about 20 years and coming off with all these off-the-wall ideas that nobody wants to say no you're wrong. You shouldn't be doing this. You're going to cost a lot of money because he's college educated and we don't want to get fired. There's a handful of us that are smarter and have better recipes than any college graduated chef in Pennsylvania because we're from Pennsylvania. We know what people around here want, he's not from here. He's never cooked around here. He has no idea what the hell he's talking about. He's a liar. He's a fraud and he's a snitch. Not only that, but he makes the one and only veteran work on veterans Day when they are already short-staffed and it is that veteran and another guy in the kitchen when we usually have five people. Yeah, it may be national guardsman owned but he does not respect any veteran that works there. By the way, he does not pay the veteran extra for having to work there on veterans Day. Which is literally the only holiday that that veteran can really celebrate.
