If it's flat you can go faster. You're putting the wrong tracks on it so you can waste time you don't have the dual cutter head. You're supposed to replace that stuff and I can do it in less than an hour still. Because you don't have the right ones made or you scrap them. Mowing the grass. Just purchased one of these. I manage 16 flood control dams 100ft+. Definitely worth it. Can mow 50 percent slopes and fairly big woody growth. Cost 60 grand but again def worth it. It operates on a small control box that has a strap for your neck. You use a joy stick to control steering as well as blade engagement, throttle, speed, etc. The mower also came with a camera mounted on the front and tablet so you can actually see what's in front of you. Definitely beats mowing with a full size tractor and getting tore up by hornets and also much much safer! Don't underestimate this machine it will get the job done and then some. We actually got rc mower to come out and do a demo on one of our dams. I invited all the localities and agencies as well private businesses to come out and try it. If you ever get a chance to run one you Definitely should!

It takes a little bit to get used to driving one after driving a normal tractor style, but once you've got it, you've got it. If you're cutting lines, you have to be careful spinning the mower around or the back tire will dig a bare spot. Just take it nice and slow during the turn and then it's back to full throttle across the yard!

They should make a cheaper version for the average homeowner. I can speak for myself that mowing my front yard( approx half acre) with a very steep slope is a pain in the butt. I would jump on a machine like this if it was more affordable.

I'm from WI, and I'd rather see Aussies steal all the tech and make them locally in Australia, you need the industry. I guarantee, this machine is not that complicated for you to make yourselves.

looks nice, but every one of these RC tracked mowers I look at always has to exaggerate claims of time saved :-( I specialize in mowing/maintaining steep areas, and just have to say WTF…. 4 days? then say 8-12 hours of brush cutting? I could do that myself in no more than 3-4 hours with a brush cutter. I pay my crew well because they work hard and work fast…. I want one of these, but I’m not buying one from a company that has to push the b.s….. All of them are expensive, but will pay for themselves, but if you’ll lie once, you’ll lie again. Just sharing so that possibly you’ll have some more truth in your advertising, in the meantime, I’m shopping elsewhere even if I have to import.
