God understands what is Followership but It's a waste of time to bet in the name of God for many years with White Left Wingers, Progressives, Latinos, Hollywood and other people. LGBT is going to exist in the future and even God understands what is Followership, God is the most mysterious being ever with scripture and God is not a follower. What is perfect? God knows what is perfect but for humans, the word perfect is a mystery. Mexico is not perfect, the USA, China, Europe and Russia are not perfect. Hollywood is not perfect to make predictions about everything thinking about the future. Hollywood creates woke movies that are not popular. For Elders who like politics bet in the name of God, it is a waste of time. For example, I find it disrespectful to bet in the name of God with White Left Wingers, Progressives, Latinos, Hollywood, and other people for many years over anything. Taking God as a toy for gambling for many years shows it is disrespectful to bet in the name of God. I do not need to bet for many years with nobody over God, Jesus Christ and the Christian faith. I bet there is no point to bet based on God and Jesus Christ because God and Jesus Christ are not toys or followers of Humanity. I bet the communication in endless terms with white leftists, progressives, Latinos and Hollywood will not make God and Jesus Christ our toys. Many years, endless communication, betting on God's name and Hollywood trying to predict the future will only prove that God is not a toy (day after day.....)

Middle management is 100% replaceable. If you're in the skilled trades like I am or work for a big specialized construction company the people that are irreplaceable (most likely to never get fired) are the actual technicians that perform the skilled work. Pretty soon artificial intelligence is going to replace all of middle management so it's just going to be the owner/corporate executives and the skilled tradesman.

I don't agree with your opinion. I do, however, see your opinion. As a business owner, I can say that a core group is necessary to properly manage large businesses whether or not the business is in a "skilled trades" field. You can always fire a thecnician then hire another one but once you fire someone in the middle management other parts of that business will fail almost immediatly. Based on experience, hiring a good middle manager is harder to replce since they are scarce.

@@alejandromirandasolis4875 No trust me if business gets slow and I have to lay people off or outright terminate them then middle management along with my customer service representatives (secretaries) are first to go. I will simply take over those job duties and spend more time in the office like I did in the beginning when I first started my company. The technicians such as my heavy equipment operators, mechanics and commercial driver's license (CDL) holders are the ones I need to hang on to the most because they actually get the job done. Plus they really don't require any supervision so I don't need anybody babysit them the job sites. They've been doing this for years. You really have no idea how hard it is to find a crane operator in my area and truck drivers that hold a Class A CDL license are also hard to come by unless I want to hire someone out of state.

I have been researching this subject because I want to give a class at my work on it. Very little information out there, like you said - I thought I made the subject up. I think that followership is such an important subject, but it's also hard to define. Why should followers follow and not lead themselves (not whether or could they, but why not). Even here, you said you were talking about followership, but you were talking about how leaders need the quality of credibility. But what is followership? Who are the followers? Should people be encouraged to be better followers, or should leaders be encouraged to be more humble in their leadership? I don't know the answers, just trying to sort it out.
