Welcome back friends. In this vlog we get ready for a trip. It's my one and only day off of work and we are getting ready to fly internationally so there's a lot to do to get ready. First we start by going to the gym. Then we go to my favorite stylist for coloring my hair and get my natural hair colored. Next we go to one of my old favorite Nail shops in Woodbridge to get waxing and nails done. Last, we go home and cook keto smothered gravy chicken with bacon wrapped asparagus.

Hello I started my 30 water fast yesterday I actually came across a healthy alternative platform 2 years ago and decided to make a change which I did .I had lost 36 lb and ended up at 198 just by doing a water fast and I felt great, mentally and physically. Fwd I had a baby and gained some weight back but now let’s rewind and start over !today is day 2 and so far I feel great my starting weight is 220 my goal is 140 but for right now my ideal goal for right now is 180 . Yes pickles are bomb and a good snack. Keep it up you got this sis 💪🏽 can’t wait to see more of your videos

You'll love it. I always rent a car when I go because it's so cheap (like <$20 daily). You can get into the ruins with a small donation (like 5 USD) but if you opt for the tours and excursion services it will cost $50+ dollars per person. Let me know if you want some tips on how to sight see over there on a budget.
