The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time: Zelda's Lullaby on Piano Cover
Cover of Zelda's Lullaby on my keyboard. One of my favorite songs in Ocarina of Time. Gameplay is from my Nintendo Wii, and not on the Nintendo 64!

[4k] Walking Through Williams Lake, B.C

Walking through the downtown of Williams Lake B.C August 2, 2024. I wanted to show the town, because there aren't a lot of videos about it on UA-cam. I put the title there, because the crime is one of the things you hear about when you Google it. I wanted to depict what my everyday life is like here. Nice lol, you know the regular theme?
Look for the older anime, not the later re releases, those have been scaled and cleaned for modern tv, loosing the grain and detail that can be appreciate in a CRT.
Hello, Do you convert the video from 16:9 to 4:3 or you download it in 4:3 ?
@@OptimalMario These anime were already in 4:3!
Nostalgic I remember have crt tv back in 2005 good old days
Did you have any copyright issues posting pokemon footage?
@@Hugh_Jainus Yes, depending on how long it’s in the video for. Part of the reason I’m not posting more videos.
Dang, so even this video was hit for the crt recorded clip with no audio from the show?!
I have my PS3 hooked up to my HD TV and my CRT. This way I can choose which TV i want to output to. I even watch **newer** anime on the CRT, and it looks great tbh. :D I have a 27" Panasonic from the early 2000s that someone had put out at the curb for trash. I passed it on my way home and immediately turned around and picked it up and put it in the car to take it home. I had a 20 inch at the time that I got on ebay, but it was dying. I got lucky and the Panasonic worked great. It was also nice to get a size and image upgrade. The Panasonic has component and S-Video as well. Mine is mainly used for games, but I defenitely enjoy watching videos on there as well!
It just looks more beautiful like it can be the highest resolution but it's missing the soul, the blood sweat and tears put into the anime is loss when watching on higher resolutions but you can see the passion, the little frames, the tiny details in crts and such
Nice list dude. And great tube tv.
I think this TV has digital tuner and should receive over the air signal, you just need small antenna
Why are you smiling about? Are you Gay!!
This looks amazing but i have a question, what is your shutter speed? i have been filming my PAL crt recently for video games and obviously i use 1/50 for shutter speed to stop the flickering as games in PAL regions run at 50hz, but when i try to film anime dvds that are PAL the only way i can stop the flickering is by lowering the shutter speed to 1/20.....which like i said removes the flickering but makes the footage look awful because the FPS is so low.....your footage seems to be really smooth and fluid so i am just curious how you did it.
My family still kept our smaller CRT. It was an early 00s Sony 20". Still works today, but has a crazy build up of static energy. For procuring CRT im fine. I can still find them on the side of the street or for very cheap on makret place. And my scout troop use to do a videogame night where we go to his wood shop and play ps2 and wii games all night. So he has a lot of CRT. Im waiting on a larger 38"(i think thats how big it is) to get when i clear out space in my basement
My CRT is still in storage but I love watching DBZ (via the Dragon Box sets) and Evangelion on it. It's also good for non anime 4:3 stuff. Highly suggest trying to find one that has component inputs. Watching DVDs via component on a CRT is an experience, especially if the picture tube hasn't been worn out. You essentially get sharpness and color closer to a digital TV while still getting the warmth and charm of a CRT.
If you can afford it in 2024, especially a good one with no issues.
I started collecting older anime releases on dvd and they look good on my magnavox crt You can see them on my channel
you can play anime mp4 with ratio of 4:3 to apreciate and use CRT Tv even more..there is some set top box or chinese tv receiver that includes video and music player via usb and the good part is the Tv receiver can be set trough the video setting to make the video output to 4:3 ratio and anime in CRT Tv with that ratio was really give nostalgia 🤣 and since it was Tv receiver it can output both composite..component and even HDMI (not many CRT can use HDMI but yeah😂) so it was super fun way to spend relax time watching anime on Big CRT TV😂
So im about to tell you guys if you got CRT and tought how im gonna play mp4 anime with 4:3 ratio that makes watching anime in CRT Great is by using setup box for tv and set the settings of video to 4:3 since its easier way to play mp4 that already 16:9 and you can play any anime trough USB.. flashdisk.. there is some chinese Tv receiver that support RCA and capable of playing movies and music(mp3) via usb you guys can just use the receiver as video player.. and its usually have so many settings and features.. and it was dirt cheap online.. to just enjoy our old CRT Tv 🤣 i do still enjoy my Toshiba and yeterday even buy another tv 21inch KonKa to just simply play PS2 and watch anime on it since my Toshiba from early 00s was 14inch and i felt i love CRT once again so i decided to Have more Bigger Bulkier CRT🤣👍
If you like Marmalade Boy I recommemd Kodocha. Discotek released it on 480i bluray. I also recommend reading the manga to see the real end as that was not animated. Read it mangadex but avoid the official Tokyopop version because the translation is basically a rewrite. Either the Fan TL or of you know Japanese of course this isn't an issue. There are 2 short manga that are related tl it Mizu no Yakata, and the other is Deep Clear which is a crossover with another mamga from the same author whih shows the characters as adults. This was made to commemorate the author's 20th anniversary. There is also an OVA from 1995 before the anime was made, which was made to celebrate Ribon magazine 40th anniversary which is rather obscure.
If this was For Sale in the US Thrift store, they would probably want more for it, than here in Canada. I remember seeing these at Zellers and Canadian Tire, when they were New.
I wonder if it will be just as good to watch it on crt monitor ? ❤️
@@LaraAlana3 Yup! I used to do that back in the day!☺️
I grew up watching a lot of anime on CRTs. There was an independent video rental store in my town that had a huge anime section. A few I remember enjoying are Vampire Princess Miyu, Mermaid Forest, and Mermaid Scar. Also, Bubblegum Crisis & Bubblegum Crash. I could go on...
So there's different methods in using the 240p test suite. From what I can see, that TV isn't bad and is centered properly. It's tough to tell how the geomtry is on that TV from your footage, but it seems kind of solid.
Great buy for $20.
Great score man but no s video
Good video!
Inuyasha would look good on that tv and hellsing
I like how the TV looks exactly like it does on the box
also turn down your contrast and itll sharpen your image and fix those geometry issues
where has this sat on a floor for a year 😭
Nice video... but you should probably do some research on your crt tech. The 240p test suite is an amazing tool for checking and adjusting a multitude of things like color correction, picture geometry, convergence, sharpness, and even input lag. Your going to need to know how these things work on a crt if you want to be able to fully understand how to get the best picture out of them. Or even if you are getting a good clean and color correct image that is in focus.
*you're
Pretty good picture on that ol tv we just set up our n64
20 bucks is good price
Would if I had a CRT television. But I'm fine with what I have. I do agree with you that anime (from 80s-90s-00s) should be watched on a CRT.
I recently bought a hdmi to component to use my old roku and anime night time scene look so good. If there is a neon sign at night in the scene it just has a glow that not even my oled does.
Inuyasha on YTV on CRT...man, I was there too.

I rewached Evangelion on my old 14" CRT, it has some magic
Love find people who is still interesting in this old tvs, great video!
Thank you for watching the video! I hope to upload more in the future!
Awesome list dude! I would choose a lot of the anime you chose. Especially Pokemon, Dragonball and ofcourse Yugioh season 0! It’s rare I see another School Rumble fan 😂 really missing my old CRT TV right now 😞
I still use CTR and VCR happy to see other people still useing them
CRT monitor *looks at curve monitors*: look what they need to mimic a fraction of our power
This is super nostalgic I remember as a kid while waiting for my mom to come home from work and watching a lot of anime and cartoons as comfort ❤
It's because you're deluded into the past and can't live in the present
step 1 get a crv that doesnt cost a million dollars
Nice im glad you like the series
I wanted one of those rare HD CRT TVs, but they are difficult to find and very expensive and they also weigh very heavy.
Me too! I’ve never seen an HD CRT before!
@@21eny those are extremely very rare my friend
They are not rare at all lol. I've found 5 in the past 4 months.
I posted a sequel video! Why I Watch These Anime On My CRT TV ua-cam.com/video/dL8iInidQ0E/v-deo.html
funny how the geometry's still wonky out the box
Yeah, I couldn’t believe it when I was filming haha
just goes to show there was never a golden age when all new TVs had perfect geometry out of the box. I think a lot of people pick CRTs up now and fret over it thinking it is something that has degraded over time and needs to be fixed. Someone taking this out of the box back in the day to watch TV on or play N64 wouldn't have given a shit about it. Likely wouldn't have even known what geometry was.
@@Gubalicious Nah ngl my CRT monitor is nearly flawless, Consumer CRTs just suck balls with Geometry
CRTs are like pianos. Gotta tune them up every so often, every time you move them, when the weather changes, etc.
The geometry looked okay to me. Some systems look really good with composite.

I do like CRTVs but what bother's me the most is the mosquito noise that came out of the CRTV. Its retrospective, but I do like flat screen tv's that every Japanese households, hostels, hotels, motels, and net cafes have.
