Dear lord. Do your oil crossover. And get some hot shots in oil and fuel.. your 7.3 is clacks. Soon as I did the cross over and hotshots treatment. The truck got super quiet and smooth

Do the 4” body lift kit anyway. Takes some work but up pipes, down pipe and everything else is easier to work on. Not to mention it’s a nicer look and sound when done

Do you need a new fly wheel along with a new clutch or just a new clutch and pressure plate

if thats the original sensor out of the factory bowl, its not a fuel pressure sensor. its a fuel vacuum switch to turn on the "fuel filter" light when the filter is plugged. in a pressurized efuel system, it does absolutely nothing.

Do you know the part number for that muffler by chance? My 91 is just stupid loud right now 😂

Never done this myself but another option is to just come from the bottom and twist it around once near the turbo But idk it that would’ve been better

50 horse is most likely just timing so it probably won’t add that much power tbh

I can’t feel a difference I have it on stock the. Go to 100 or 140 and I feel no difference but the high idle does work

Have to give you a thumbs up from Michigan :-) I would think that with all the 3d modeling and cad tools available, someone would design a higher volume downpipe that was shaped similar to the original. What a pain. Need to do my 1996 7.3.

The TS programmer Grenaded my CPU on my 2001 7.3 don’t buy. They blew me off when I complained.

I was wanting to do my 97 f350 for years and just finally did it, was a little of a pain but so damn worth it. Put the Riffraff filter and new boots on plenum and turbo no more leaks, my tow tune runs like the power tune previously truck really came alive couldn't be happier.
