Been thinking of gearing a Rogue.

I switched builds recently so not really sure. I think having the MW cirt on double fireball cast on the staff increased my damage a lot. I also got lucky with a MW crit to hit on glass cannon with the chest piece.

Because Exploit is way better than weapon mastery, for Heartseeker. Exploit>Malice>Frigid Finnesse>Weapon Mastery.

I'd be happy with Exploit at +5. I just got lucky with it landed on Exploit for the 3rd time, but would've been happy with it landing on another passive.

Yeah I got the same Amulet but with lucky hit.. can’t really get triple passive. If I get lucky, thanks man.

Nvm... bought another for 10b and god rolled it haha. Another question tho, I enchanted +2 weapon mastery. Is this viable instead of frigid finesse?

@@TweakedYT Frigid Finesse and Weapon Mastery are really close, I wouldn't stress it. But if you want to min max then Frigid Finesse would be better.

Not when you realize how much of the Rogue class was bugged and not working. This is gonna be substantially stronger than HS in Season 4 once everything is fixed and working correctly. Sadly the Rogue class was completely scuffed on the PTR.

Exploit and Malice double dip with Victimize which makes them currently better, for Heartseeker. Wont be the case in Season 5 though since the double dipping with Victimize is getting fixed.

And what is your idea? Find a Item klick on it and pufff Max Stats? Then all guys will Cry to. Whatever blizzard do, they cant make it right. You will always hate.

Lots of things are changed with this one. We can have cold imbue on every basic attack now with a new aspect. So everything is focused on non physical damage.

Well Victimize is bugged and not working properly, malice is bugged, caltrops is bugged. We literally have to wait for Season 5 launch to have any idea what's gonna be good and what isn't, PTR is in a terrible state this time around and its been frustrating to say the least.

Didn't try going above 101 yet. With so many things bugged right now it just feels pointless.

Shako + Might aspect on chest and I chose a lot of defensive options on the paragon board. Starless works with heartseeker because of the new Unique sword. New sword increases your basic skills damage up to 300% but they now cost 25 resource, which allows you to use starless skies now.

Rapid fire was putting up some crazy numbers in the PTR. Not sure what the meta is gonna be at this point, and so many things are bugged its impossible to tell. We'll have to see what happens between now and Season 5 launch.

Heartseaker the most fun playable build tough

It's the only pieces that we can get Crit and Vulnerable damage starts to fall off after a certain point so over stacking it doesn't add much.

@@Drag0nxi oh I didn't know vul damage has diminishing return, what number should we aim for? 1500?

@@oasis71 Yeah I heard its around 1500 before you switch to topaz gems on your weapons.

I think so but honestly not sure, I know Malice > Frigid so I would assume you would. Will slow trash clearing down a bit though, so it depends on what your looking for. Frigid helps with clearing while Malice is great for boss damage and overall dps.

On the PTR? I heard Malic is bugged on the PTR right now. If your on the live servers, then I believe Exploit > Malice > Frigid > Weapon Mastery if you're playing Heartseeker.

It seems to have been reverted back to before Season 4, so its not working as intended.

Yeah PTR is a mess right now, its hard to tell what's normal and what isn't.

Isn't Victimize in general bugged on PTR? Not even speaking about double dip, which they intended to compensate for by buffing Victimize.

@@Holztransistor Yeah its not working the way its supposed to, lots of bugs.

+ Damage double dips, its no different than DoT. Putting on Andariels wouldn't be a TB build anymore and I was just curious what TB looked like after the patch. Can definitely make lots of improvements to this but it was so clunky I didn't care to play it anymore. This build also really needed Pestilent Points aspect because TB lucky hit is so bad and wasn't proccing Bursting Venoms.

Yeah it was added with Season 4, its a good change.

A ton of things are bugged right now which makes this a lot worse.

I hope they streamline things by the time the season goes live. It will be a shame to nerf this build to the ground. The simplicity of this build is relaxing to play this game. And I don't want to go back to farming pit levels 80 with a build like this after 110 plus. Plus, the new sword synergises well with the amulet aspect. So, hopefully, the build will still be S tier viable.

​@@abhinavagoswami8615 So many bugs in the PTR its gonna be hard to balance anything off of this. I also really enjoy Heartseeker for Farming/Gauntlet, definitely hope it stays.

Actually, there is a PTR bug that already is nerfing Victimize. They need to fix that in addition to the duble dip and the +50% damage to compensate for the double dip fix. But even then it seems HS needs more buffs for blanacing reasons with other classes (mainly barb). Let's hope this PTR will result in changes that are made with rational thinking. The new helmet is just too good right now. Instead of bringing build variety it will be mandatory. Exactly the opposite.

@@Holztransistor Helmet is good but I think Shako is better for higher end content. Shako for Pit pushing/T8 Infernals, Crown of Lucion for speed clearing content.
