@@RavenHaeven thank you for always showing up! Much appreciated. Family life is busy, but it’s freaking amazing 🙌 and I’d say go for the deck only if you like combo heavy decks. It’s going to take some practice to learn all of the nuance, but it’s a fun deck once you’re able to pilot it. Most of the time you’ll rely on protos, but as you saw on the Runick matchup gaiapello can also put in a lot of work with its omnigates 👌

@@d.f.bislik did you read the comment that I left on the video? I stated that I experimented with a lot of different cards, and I mentioned that hand traps/ board breakers are dependent on the player and the types of matches that they’re usually going up against in ladder. I wanted to showcase the deck performing under certain situations and how it can still perform decently under maxx c, droll as an example. Ultimately, the two deck lists that I shared at the end were the ones that I felt the most optimal, but everyone is encouraged to experiment with hand traps because what’s most important is learning how to pilot the deck since it’s filled with complexities. What types of Hand traps and board breakers that you should run are the least of worries when it comes to this deck imo.

@@dcplays1379 what’s good bro. I wanted to talk over the gameplay so that I can explain things, but I just haven’t had much time to sit in front of the PlayStation and what not. But this deck is super dope and flexible. It can be built in so many different ways and it’ll clap regardless if you know how to pilot it. 🙌

The quality isn't a problem bro it still looks good. This deck is so crazyy when it gets going. These are really good showcases as well! I wanted to play this deck, but i never pulled a single card for them 😅😂.

@@dcplays1379 I don’t even know what to say lol it was the most fun I’ve had in a while playing this deck and dismantling my opponents field. I bet they didn’t expect any of that. And I still feel like I suck with this deck, been trying to get better with it. 🙌

@@RavenHaeven Naturia purely. I don’t think I’ve ever seen that combination before. If I had the purely cards I think I would’ve given that a try.

@@alexandergeorgiev74 I wouldn’t say all striker players play it at 3 as I know some that also play it at 1. I play it at 1 because it isn’t necessarily a board breaker card, and I don’t want to see it too often in my opening hand. It can help dodge negates and then when you have enough spell cards in the GY it can help push for game so I’d rather search it whenever I’m aiming for lethal. 👌

@@kiwamigames I think it’s 42/45 with a decent number of hand traps. You generally see a decent mix of starters (since superheavy has like 7) and non engine. Superheavy also just makes 12s super easily

@@dcplays1379 yo yo what’s up homie. Thank you for coming through. The deck does flow well and they do complement each other which is always great. Plus having that extra level 4 tuners helps out a lot since you’re always depending on primera for the synchro plays. 👌

@@cb7rider18 can you even put the words floodgate and competitive in the same sentence? That’s an oxymoron. And the cards didn’t come attached with a “how to utilize me” Manual; therefore, it is up to us the players to come up with creative ways towards how we want to use the cards, whether it is to make a bad deck better, or if we just want to make something for the simple fact of having fun. It is completely up to the player. 👌

This event was so cringe though. I didn’t even bother hitting max level stopped at 16

I think that if I were to pick up this deck again and update it; I probably cut some of the ice Jade spells and not focus on the lock. Milling the spells and not hitting a tearlament monster would be a double L. I think I’d still keep a manifestation as it has a GY effect.

@@kiwamigames manifestation was actually perfect, because by summoning tearlaments kashtira, you might mill your opponent's monsters to the GY, allowing you to use it turn 1

The Horus package indeed give vampires a boost and you can’t wrong with using them. I just wanted to play pure since I haven’t touched pure vamps in quite sometime 🙌

Got Lv 18 today with sharks but its tough

I also played sharks. I actually started with sharks then switched to vamps. Was running vampire shark deck, but then I decided to switch to an umi control shark variation and i had some success with it. Floodsgte vs floodgate 😅

Yeeaa, it really sucks that Konami didn’t take the time to balance this event. Would’ve been a great opportunity to see other decks in action; but instead we ended up with the same ol floodgate, stun bs.

@@kiwamigames And that right there is whats starting to turn me off from these events, even ranked duels. Its so damn boring to go against that I literally fall asleep on their turns then leave if I see the same board setup.
