Thanks for sharing your pain, faith and recovery story. Lost my husband 3 weeks ago today and I seem to be stuck on that day. It's still a time of confusion and denial for me but with your story I relate so much. I had faith for his healing then he was taken. Counseling and support from people around is so helpful. Being aware there is this condition can be so therapeutic. Sending hugs 🫂 to everyone going through different challenges from pregnancy to post partum depression.

We need to speak up more with regards to post partum depression because unfortunately even our fellow women don't understand. Our men need to be made aware of it too so that they can be more helpful.

This episode made me shade a tear tho not the only episode.pipo are going through alot in this world.mental health is real ad pipo needs to speak out bt thn again pipo are scared to speak out because thy are scared to be laughed at.thank u chomba for sharing ad am sure alot of pipo hv bn helped.
