Hi! My name is Céline and this is my nature inspired shared wardrobe. I collect lots of dreamy natural and floral dresses, bohemian and Indian gauzes and vintage and handmade knits. For my brand Atelier Seatheforest I sew, knit and crochet garments myself. At the moment I am crocheting and knitting another sunflower cardigan. I wrote a pattern for this, so you can create one yourself as well!
This year it’s time to create a minimal wardrobe, as Kees our adventure cat Ros and I will be traveling around Europe in a van. Today I will continue to declutter my wardrobe, and focus on my sustainable dress collection. Do you think I will be able to part with these beautiful garments?

I think you should sell the ones you are unsure about. None fit you very well, to my eye. My favorite dress is the sage green linen wrap dress! :) I understand so much, I have so many one of a kind wonderful artisanal and/or antique garments that are hard to part with!

I think you should keep the special yellow dress with the ruffles, but sell the other yellow one. However in the end, trust your gut! It’s rarely wrong

@@seatheforest yellow is your colour! And I’m happy you made a confident decision. Honestly, I’ve found that when I’m not sure about keeping something, I almost always end up letting go of it. So I might as well get rid of it sooner rather than later, and save myself time agonising over the decision

@@AK49D thank you so much 😄💛 In this video I focus a lot on external haircare such as routines and natural products, but the other 50% of healthy hair, I believe, comes from the inside, such as consuming a nourishing diet and building a good coping mechanism with stress. When I’m in times of stress or illness, I notice it immediately on my hair and scalp. 😰
Thanks a lot … I am a 15 yr old boy and going through receding hair line and thinking of shaving my head for good hair growth but don’t have the guts to do so… may be it’s genes also
@@AK49D a lot of things in your body and mind change when you’re in your teens. I noticed that this also came with a lot of stress for me. But definitely trust in the process that you will find your balance. Keep nourishing yourself with good things mentally and physically, give your scalp some relaxing massages, and I’m sure you’ll have a choice to let your hair grow out as well 😄 (or rock the bald with full confidence 😎)

I want to try but I felt shy and odd even went to barber shop few times and changed my plan .. if I was like your friend or sister how you would have felt to see me getting my head shaved
@@AK49D My fourteen year old brother is rocking the buzz cut sometimes 😄 (he’s in my vid “facing my fears”) I really enjoyed playing around with different hairstyles. Sometimes I found they didn’t suit me, but they all lead to finding the me that I actually felt good to be eventually. If you won’t try, you won’t learn 😄 You’ll get there, trust me 😍🙏

I went to live at the beachside for 7 weeks this summer, to heal, connect, float. I took 3 dresses, a pair of denim shorts, a bathing suit, 2 t shirts, 2 sets of workout/yoga clothes, sun hat, sunglasses, towel, sneakers and sandals. It all fit into my normal oversize beach bag. I felt like I had just enough and when I came home, I sold or donated over 60% of my clothing.
@@txspacemom765 That’s amazing!! I’ve had the same realization this summer and I hope to lose around 60% aswell. Although I find it so hard to decide which ones to keep. I’ll be slowly removing my least favorites the upcoming months until I absolutely love the few ones that can stay 💛😄

I moved from the Netherlands to Finland because Finland is better for me than Sweden when it comes to education in nature .
@@Legendaricon I will definitely have to visit Finland as well with our van when we continue our full time travel journey 🤩🙏 In my education to become a primary school teacher I’ve found lots of inspiration from the system in Finland! Especially the integration of outdoor education. I did visit Forest kindergartens in Norway, because that vision feels so right to me! 🍁🌲

I relate to your journey so much. I was a fast fashion shopaholic and now I’m a van-dwelling minimalist. I feel so much more true to myself now, and in touch with the planet. I prefer second-hand shopping and natural fibres as well, although I’ve found that I have had to make a few exceptions to allow high-quality, small-brand synthetics as they don’t wrinkle as easily in my small-space storage.
@@aquietwild ahhh yes!! I have to think about the wrinkles now aswel of course! (my favorite linens 💔🥹) A lot of my current items prefer to be hung on hangers, so I do think we will create a hanger closet in our van, but it cannot be big.
