I used to scavenge hard rubbish, in the better suburbs, a man told me that developers were trying to buy the property that he'd inherited, off his parents . Looked a little rough, but livable . Large block. He said he won't sell , for even good money . And most of the offers he'd get were insulting. He'd politely decline. I'm different, they'd get a fu** off , if it were me ! 😂🙂

Maybe someone went into aged care, or died, abd no one is handing what needs to be done ..🤔

That Addressograph is worth around 2.5 to 3.5k in good condition, mostly used for making dog tags.

3 weeks have passed and it absolutely trashed its amazing how fast people rip apart these places

And shortly after this video was put up the realnasty vandals moved in and trashed the studios and anything that they could get their hands on.

Couldn't have been empty for very long, considering it still has power and the relatively fresh state of some of the stuff in there.

Haha, this is sick! Random as. I haven't watched it in over a decade, and still recognised a lot of the spots. Reckon the algorithm will pick this up randomly one day, people go nuts for stuff related to Neighbours sets.
