My CheerTok is working on my Android Samsung Galaxy S10, but on my iPad Pro it doesn't work, only the side keys work to increase and decrease the volume of the sound on the iPad. How do I make the cursor work on my iPad, turn pages or use scroll up and down?

Can you make it work on the Playstation 5? I thought I can use it while using ps5 youtube netflix. And there are also problems when using it on Samsung Galaxy Tabs8+ on landscape (can't reach right side of the screen even if you use DeX mode)
Is there a way to reset this device? It worked for a little bit, but now it shows as "CheerTok Android" and the trackpad function stopped working (the volume buttons still work). I tried connecting it to several different devices and I have the same problem. It seem like other people are having the same issue and we don't know who to write to for help. Thank you!
