In this Live Performance by Master David Gilmour on the song "Murder", I feel that this band that played for him was a little weak. But Master David Gilmour's Live performance was and is perfect and beautiful.

When I was in collage playing ball they dident want us listening to Floyd for at least 4 hours before a game.. Something about opposite the heart rate.. ??!

Inside the solo, inside the note is a place to go. Close your eyes and Dave will take you to that place. A place with visual life, sonic fire and the colors of prismatic light holding you up, to make you hear the expression of nothing. Music that stands alone as its own reality. Solos that hold songs together and bond the themes and bits and pieces together - in a sublime trip to a dreamworld that pastes forever- at least until T”ime” starts.

If I ever get to see David live I'd have to drop a ton of $$$$. I'd have to be close. It would bum me out if I was there and could barely see him. Oh that would be 😔 sad. If I get a chance I'm taking a loan out of my 401k!! 😊😊

He never was treated well enough to his efforts! A shame they contracted him as session musician on albums & not as a full member. Maybe contract issues...but they should have been more nice & thankful to all his good work and personal inputs... finally David did that. Sad he died so shortly after. They were a good team playing together! Left me devastated because I knew... without him PF are definitely on the way to die. David & Roger can't with each other anymore. RIP Richard. RIP Pink Floyd. 😢

Most of the vibes that you can feel in your body & hear while listening is coming from Richards experimental use of his organs,pianos & keyboards! The other instruments went the same way but didn't reach that incredible vibrations...pluckering basses,incredible drumming,very much rythmic & joyful! But the magic mystic atmosphere was made by Richard. That made me addicted to Pink Floyd! It's how they were sounding! And as Richard was explaining...it was very much like pictures that were painted with their instruments! Syd brought it in. He was a lot about sound & painting with words. After Richard was the inventor of creating soundscapes...imagine PF without him... impossible! Had been a good modern blues band perhaps,because David was a great guitar player! But all the records could never have been made without Richard Wright. Personally I see him as the biggest talent in the band. Up with Syd. I wish there had been more solo albums of him though. He's my favourite...also the most intelligent & friendly of the band!

I really like the original songs that Roger has made for various films. There's another great one called Lost Boys Calling, featuring Eddie Van Halen on guitar.

I saw the Radio K.A.O.S. show in Atlanta. Thank God, I was up fairly close to the stage. It was emotional for a lot of us, especially when compared to the Pink Floyd show the same year.

Non vedevo l'ora che venisse annunciata la data d'uscita del suo nuovo album. Ammetto che stavo quasi tutti i giorni a controllare le notizie in merito. Grande, David. Il nuovo pezzo mi piace molto. Mi piace pure la copertina (anche se non piace il design delle lettere, con il titolo dell'album). Ho letto che nell'album è presente una parte di tastiere provenienti dalle ultime registrazioni con il grande Richard Wright (del 2007, dalle sessioni di *_Barn Jams)._* Chissà se questo sarà il suo ultimo album.

Secondo me la canzone è fatta molto bene, rimpongo fiducia nell'album. Cosa ne pensi a riguardo Nipote? grazie mille per l'anteprima comunque ❤

"Luck and Strange?" What a bizarre title! Thanks for this! Lyrics never were David's strong point. I'll bet Polly wrote these. But still, they're really not that great either. David needs Roger's lyrics, but it seems like he's too stubborn to admit it.
