I personally do! It’s faster to grade them that way but I guess it’s preference! I didn’t get them for 1st grade just 2nd and up! All the things you actually need tho are in these main paces! Instructions and everything! Thats part of what I love!

@@TheFirstLady- perfect I was thinking that’s what it was! It so helps with my organization! I actually got some of my tips from someone else but it helps so much for organizing! I’m actually ordering a new one of those bins (if it’s what I’m thinking of) for my other son who starts ACE in the fall!

Honestly going back I wouldn’t buy this.. it’s kind of an extra and we never have had time for it on top of school! Unless you want to do some kind of summer curriculum then it would prolly be great! We just take summers off

I sure am Helen!!! I’m finishing up Abeka kindergarten with my younger son just because it makes sense considering I have all that curriculum but we will be starting him on ACE next year! My oldest is finishing his second grade ACE paces and I’ll be buying 3rd soon for him to start before the year is over here! (Which I’ll be recording flip throughs)I can’t express how much I LOVE this curriculum!!! So thankful I found it while they were still just starting out! I don’t regret Abeka for kindergarten but I have made some tweaks to make it less stressful

I would contact ACE because that must have been particular teachers in that school allowing that and I don’t think that would be tolerated!! My husband did this curriculum as a kid and I think they keep it very much the same from what it seems so far! It’s very traditional which I like! There has been no signs of any woke agenda nor do I think there will be! Definitely reach out to ACE tho that needs to be dealt with! Thanks for reaching out!

I just realized it wasn’t an ACE school that’s good! I don’t think that could happen unless their are specific teachers going against biblical truths

@@karlsmith7016 they are very traditional honestly I can’t imagine it ever going that direction! Its my favorite curriculum I’ve ever seen because it is so focused on Gods Word!

Hi, I used this curriculum when I was younger. There are 12 paces per year starting with 1st grade. First grade starts at pace 1001-1012. Second grade paces are 1013-1024 and so on. Each pace advances a little. The students takes a diagnostic test to see where to start in each subject. For instance, if a child has the skills to do all the work in 3rd grade math except they got double digit subtraction answers mostly wrong, they might have a 'gap pace' to catch up in where the one pace that teaches that in 2nd grade is added to what you need to buy for that year's curriculum. I also worked for A.C.E customer service in my 20's. Another reason the paces are divided into 12 small work booklets per subject, per year are to make them more affordable with a budget. You can order the whole set at once or one pace per month. Also, if you buy one pace in each subject per month (for ex. starting out with the first 2nd grade pace in Math, 1013, you can also purchase the answer key 1013 that matches the pace for quicker scoring). I'm very worried about some curriculums that teach that being gay or transexual is a good thing or at least okay. Please tell me this one is free of that nonsense? My son had a drag queen come into the Christian school he was attending and when I found out I was furious. There is an ace school in the town but I don't want any lgbt nonsense because it isn't God's way at all
