Mango Boys clocked another intense marathon session this morning at Albert Park. The boys ticked off 8x 2km reps, check out the video for the splits. Only 8 weeks to go until the Melbourne Marathon!! Hope you all enjoy this inside look!

Training for the Melbourne marathon has begun for the Mango Boys. Abdi is welcomed to the group for the road to Melbourne marathon and beyond. Ben has an interesting experience during his recent haircut.

The pat 5 weeks has been a rollercoaster for The Mango Boys. Ben takes positive steps forward with his health, and both Dave and Reece battle through sickness to find their Mango-flow in the final few weeks before Gold Coast Marathon. How will the boys go?

Why is Ridley running faster than half marathon pace for a marathon session?
Ridley was using this as a Half marathon tune up for Burnley instead of a pure marathon session.

Didn't get into Melbourne this year, but all good as I'm doing the GPT100 in Nov. I'll probably come down for the day and watch from the sidelines.. Will be a heap different and obviously get the ol sad's on. But oh well.. I'll see what I can get for you blokes.. Cheers

Very good question and one we have not thought about yet. Hopefully at least one of us can run a PB. We are however confident a win at Melbourne will be beyond any Mango Boy.

What a magnificent video! It’s incredible watching Ridles’ running posture and technique. At least we both had our squeaky Alphafly 3’s on but I may have finished quite a number of minutes behind him 🫨👌.

I like the shaky video format.. I missed Run Melbs this year and had a ball last year finishing just behind Lisa and a couple behind Rids... Along the Casino path is the best, everyone yelling at you and the vibe is huge, plus that Iconic Melbourne view.. He's a Solid bloke.. Ripper run after Goldy only a couple of weeks back..
