HAZMAT MODINE played another great concert on the new stage at the Sudhaus in Tuebingen, Germany as part of their European Bonfire Tour 2023. (I believe I have seen them already 5 times only there and more elsewhere.) This concert took place on May 26, 2023 and featured the following Musicians:
- Wade Schuman (Diatonic Harmonica, Lute Guitar, Guitar, Lead Vocals)
- Erik della Penna (Guitar, Banjitar, Vocals)
- Pamela Fleming (trumpet)
- Steve Elson (Baritone Saxophone, Tenor Saxophone, Clarinet, Flute)
- Joseph Daley (Sousaphone)
- Daisy Castro (Violin, Vocals)
- Patrick Simard (Drums, Percussion, Vocals)
This video gives a summary of many (not all) of the highlights of that concert. Several solos played by mostly everybody in the band indicate the great musicality that is central cornerstone of their gigs. (Unfortunately I missed the drum solo because of a full storage card - sorry).
