That nexus mods texture (it's a huge file but worth it) pack is really good to have for this horrid looking game. Makes it much more "modern" because on release it even looked terrible compared to most games.

Tried to turn Preston into Captain Katanga from Raiders of Lost Ark- but theres no white polo necks so synth uniform was next best thing -I used to play fo4 pc with way more mods but steam aint working-more than likely get an xbox x next though games kinda limited on ps4 @@reaperwolf-5421

I downloaded the FPS unlocker I'll see if that makes a difference .. I may have way too many mods and i've got so used to playing game this way I don't notice if its crappy quality - its not crappy quality as far as content is concerned always wanted Jack as Hancock in this game lol always watch these vids in HD as oppossed to auto settings.

This is the Nuclear Option quest -sounds like a bug - I think the scene you describe is in video that follows this one.
