You need to put rubber washers on the part where you screw in that connects to the car that’s why you getting all the vibrations
You can just replace the whole drive shaft for $350 I found one
Cómo se extrei de la flecha
Thats why that kit is the cheapest one available...I did the porsche cayenne 'jimifix' as a temporary solution but I think the only proper purchase for this common point of failure is the JXB version...which I will be purchasing as soon as I have $300 extra to spend...
looks correct the first try, i'll be doing this soon, thanks for the video
Lmao you installed it wrong. Short side goes to other side.
I thought I was I’m the only one who noticed, like you can clearly see one ear is shorter as well as the mounting points lmao
I also purchased the JXB
Hang in there man!!!
From my understanding these driveshafts aren't centered... thats how they're supposed to be... you had it right the first time
After I seen your comment, I flipped it yesterday . I was hoping it would fix my issues, but it made them even worse. I had to stay after work tonight and flip it back again. I'm just gonna bite the bullet and buy a new shaft. Luckily my job is less than 2 miles from my house or I don't think I would have had this in my car this long.
@@Super_kracker_ Aww sh!t, I'm sorry. I didn't mean to cause you anymore work. I have the other brand, JXB performance. I didn't install it myself though. I still have a slight vibration, but nothing like it was before. Hopefully you figure out you issue. I'd personally go for the one piece driveshaft if this didn't work out
I bought the JXB...I still have some vibration which is annoying as hell.. I looked at the one piece too, but it looks like the only option besides the two piece factory is the carbon fiber one piece...Anyway good luck!!!
@@tryagainb9669 I also purchased the JXB. And also not happy with the vibrations it caused. I can help you with the vibration you still have. Remove the 2 bolts holding the JXB the the body of the car. Remove the 4 rubber bushings that came with the kit. Do not install them. Get 4 rubber fender washers (880374) and 4 metal fender washers (290024) from Lowes. On the bolt you removed, put one metal washer then one rubber washer (in that order). Put the bolt with washers back in the JXB bracket. Put the other metal washer first, then the rubber washer on the other side of the JBX bracket before you thread it back to the car. Thread back in chassis bracket. Repeat other size. Torque down. It still vibrates a little. But cuts down most vibration.
@@PLastName holy fuck dude, I am taking a screen shot of this!!! Thanks a million!
