We enjoy teaching and training in a traditional Okinawan martial art called Shorin Ryu Shido-kan Karate-do. The style is based on natural body movements, making it very fluid, efficient and effective form of self-defense.This comprehensive program is designed for kids, teens and adults who wish to enhance their fitness level, focus, spirit and confidence.

Brilliant interview! Thank you Chris and Fortunato for this rich collaboration! Loved learning about the physiology of singing/breathing and understanding how it relates to power generation and natural physical movement in karate. Much great information to think about here! Kiai!!
Not enough groin strikes.
