Just a quick bumper tuck overview on a Mercedes C107 or R107.
The screws I used were simple self tapper but you could drill a hole then tap for a proper bolt.
To initially cut foam on bumper ends I used razor blades gradually, but you could be more aggressive at your own risk. I then used angle grinder with grinding wheel to shape the foam.
