I am female, 54 years old and have been taking it for 2 years and 7 months. I feel great and have perfect blood work. When I really realize how well I feel is when I want to do something physical and no one can keep up with me. In fairness, I take other supplements and eat well. I lost over 20 pounds this summer.

That really isn't saying much. How did you feel before? What was your blood work before? Could people not keep up with you before you lost the weight? Did you loose any gray hair, a wrinkle, did you have any condition before that you didn't have later before you lost the weight or took the other supplements?

Well, that is a conundrum because a) I've never had any health issues, and b) I've always had high energy. I also don't have any gray hair or wrinkles, probably because of genetics and using Retin-A since my 30s. So I can't say for sure any of this is due to NR, which is why I said "In fairness, I take other supplements and eat well," because I just can't isolate it to the NR. As far as blood work goes, the one biomarker that changed was blood pressure, went down from 120/80 three years ago, to 110/70 two years ago, to 90/60 last year. "Good" cholesterol rose and triglycerides and "bad" cholesterol fell last year despite my having gained a lot of weight in 2015/2016 (it was a horrible time for me personally, lots of emotional stress, so even though I don't eat junk, trust me, you can still gain weight eating raw almonds, lol). Anyhow, I honestly can't say if it's the NR. I consider NR part of my anti-aging routine, and I guess we'll have to meet up here again in twenty or thirty years and see how we're doing!

For me it is very clear your intentions are to get the best, most effective, product out to the public in an affordable fashion. I purchased the A9b device. My biggest challenge is to place it where I want it (and to have it stay) (I'm using it on my horses as well). I'd love for a holder w/ a clip to be made for this/these devices to make it easier for someone to use them while on the go (or on an animal). I've used it for a tooth ache, which completely got rid of the tooth pain and has yet to return.

jett888 you can also use any combination of inexpensive baselayer or compression clothing and added pockets or compartments that you can sew on or staple yourself. I heared dr. Dennis mention this as a challange facing some ICES users so ive been thinking of eays to keep it on, even though i havnt got one yet since im still learning the basics of basics. Of course you can always use some of the solutions available on the ices site, but i wanted to have something more durable and less costly over the long term.

I have chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, joint pain, and just recently found out I am at high risk for poor methylation and poor oxidation. Robert Marks ICES is different than PEMF.

Robert, I believe he mentioned that he did n ot "invent" the PEMF, but that he was hired by NASA to improve it. He went on to improve it and make it more accessable/affordable to the general public.

@@jonock1 hi, there are hundreds of studies by clinical researchers and physicians around the world published in major medical journals. Most are in German. 400 plus medical professionals meet every four years to discuss their latest findings. The US FDA gave it their approval within a very short time of BEMER being approved to be imported into US. I have personally used it when my MD wanted to do 5 major surgeries on my ankle area. My MD supported me through the whole process because of the results of rapid healing of bones and ligaments he was documenting pre-surgery. My MD was very skeptical as he had nothing in his training to validate what he saw. But I was followed by him and supported with x-rays, MRI's and PT. My PT who has her doctorate in the field was willing to work with me also, but had never seen severed ligaments heal together, or reattach to bones. But 16 months post accident my MD released me from his surgery schedule and was very happy for me. I have full mobility and use. If you are really interested, research beyond negative postings or videos. You may have to translate research that is published in German. NASA doesn't endorse other companies or products. They're NASA. Anyone can enter into an agreement with NASA so long as it will further the agency and the company bears the cost of its participation and no funds are exchanged between the parties. Congrats BEMER you are now on a list with companies like Wallmart, GoPro, AT&T, Uber, Walt Disney Parks and pretty much every university in America. Maybe Walt Disney Parks should start saying, "This ride is approved by NASA".
