Thank you so much for uploading this virtual hike! I am in my 50's and disabled, with some mobility, but lots of joint issues, unsteady at times and very limited energy. I used to be an athlete, and LOVE hiking, and it kills me that my body cannot do everything I want. I will be visiting with my 84 year old aunt, and she still gets around pretty good, and loves hiking in a limited capacity. Between the two of us, we have to pick and choose where and how to expend our limited energy. Your video helped me decide what portion of this trail we may attempt. THANKS!

Beautiful trail!
I camped once near a small spring, the flow was much lower than this, just a trickle. But it was audible, and it was the best night's sleep of my life. The second best was sleeping right on the high tide line at the beach with a canvas tarp to keep the damp spray off. Not only could I hear the rhythmic waves, I could feel the pulses through the sand.
