@@SabrinaVoineaSStolenMedal Thank you for your comment, but I don't fully agree with some of the points you made. Yes, Carol wanted a life with Daryl, that's for sure. And she may have chosen Ezekiel because she sought some stability in her life. After all, she never had that peaceful environment, even before the apocalypse, due to Ed's abuse. She tried to give Henry the life she felt she couldn’t offer Sophia. Perhaps it was a form of catharsis for her. But when Henry died, the illusion was shattered, and Carol realized it was all just a fairy tale. However, I don't think Carol chose Ezekiel because she believed Daryl had anger issues. I think the scene you mentioned was showing that Carol was the only one who could stop Daryl. They understand each other in a way that no one else does. Anyone who looked at Daryl in that scene might have seen "a man with anger issues," but that’s not what Carol saw. And that’s exactly what makes their connection so special.

@@hulyadalli We can disagree. I always try and see a second view. Carol also twisted the ring which is a sign of a woman having regrets. Even after she said yes. i just watched the scene. Carol saw Daryl couldn't handle his emotions and she saw the path Henry was already going down and she wanted the king calm to help reign him in. I will watch it a second time and see your side. And I hope you do the same. She didn't say yes until she realized Daryl had anger issues that wouldn't help henry. then by the time he was like 15 she realized he needed some killer instinct and that's when she went and got Daryl. I still stand by my assessment. (You stand by yours:0 and we can just agree to disagree. Great video anyway :)

So, she may have prioritized what she thought would be better for Henry over her own desires, as she often sacrifices her happiness to protect those she loves. I really appreciate that you’re willing to rewatch the scene, and I’ll definitely do the same with your perspective in mind. It’s always exciting to explore different interpretations, and I think this kind of dialogue makes these discussions so enriching. Actually, Daryl not returning Isabelle's "I love you" wasn't surprising to me. We know where his heart truly lies-Carol remains the only person he's ever said "I love you" to, and that speaks volumes 🥹 And that plane scene? It melts my heart! Carol staying behind with Daryl instead of boarding the plane to America was such a powerful moment. Their only way to America might have taken off without them, but they were so happy simply because they were together 🥹❤

@@hulyadalli I was honestly so surprised to see the Sophia flashes and talk of her, only because Carol so rarely mentions her on the main show. It was interesting how they played out those scenes and Carol's pain. I felt for her so much, Melissa was fantastic. So yes, I think your (sad) video was great. 🙃 And okay! As I said above, I wasn't sure how busy you were but, I think that "Nickelback - I'd Come For You" would go great with a Caryl video, based on the 11 seasons and Carol going all the way to France to get to Daryl, there is a lot of words in that song that I can't help but picture them when I hear it now! @TashHarp Yes, Carol never truly had the opportunity to fully confront her trauma in the main series 🥺 It was incredibly moving to see her face it in the spinoff and find some sense of closure ❤️‍🩹 The whole experience was so poignant, and Melissa McBride's performance was absolutely phenomenal! Her talent shines through, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have her back portraying Carol 🥹 Thank you so much for your request! I had never heard this song before, but it's absolutely beautiful!
