Pickled korean radish. I try to add fermented food like kimchi, sauerkraut and pickles or sometimes greek yogurt per meal.

Yes, on the second day (around 2pm) after the immunization, I waited for the sealed brown envelope results sa ground floor. Do not open the envelope, bring that as hand carry during your flight to US because the Immigration officer will check that upon entry to US. From what I know, if subject ka for sputum hindi ka pababalikin on second day since you will have another appointment after a week or two pa ata. That’s why it’s recommended not to schedule the interview until you pass the medical. Or schedule it agad pero allot after 2 weeks ng medical (if nagkaka ubusan ng slots). Since I don’t have child records ng vaccines ko, 5 shots ang binigay sakin on the second day. No additional payment (pag sputum ata meron additional fee para sa next test and gamutan if needed)

@@alohadayto Hi Ma'am, thanks for the response. I just finished my 2nd day at SLEC earlier today, i got vaccinated and for the med results, they said SLEC will be the one to sent to the USEM.
