Progressive Martial Arts Academy (PMA) focuses on self-defense, fitness training and psychological balance and contentment through the study of martial arts. Individualized attention enables attendees to become proficient in all levels of self defense, as well as develop strength and fitness. PMA blends tradition with a fresh approach to training for clients 18 years and older and also offers exclusive youth programs from ages 4 & up.

Brandon injured a finger a few weeks ago and was unsure if he’d get to compete this season. Just this week he decided to just do No-Gi this tournament and not have to worry about grips. He went 2-0 with two beautiful submissions, a D’arce choke and a triangle choke, to win his first tournament as a blue belt. Incredible performance Brandon! #pmaoakridge #jiujitsu
