Coleman Tazman 3 Man Tent Pitch And Review
Here is a semi review of the Coleman Tazman 3 man tent. I got this from a local market near to where I live. I only paid £7.50 so putting the tent up I was expecting some damage. Overall I am impressed with the tent. This is the first Coleman tent I have owned. I am looking forward to using it at camp sites. The only negative about this tent I bought for £7.50 is one of the poles has a split in it. The tent is spacious with a sturdy feel to it.

Camping At Tan Hill Highest Pub In Britain
Переглядів 53828 днів тому
Me and my friend Harvey stayed 1 night at the Tan Hill Pub, the highest pub in Britain. We decided to camp luckily we were the first ones there so we got the best pitch. The tent was erected quickly which gave us time to take in the scenery of the Yorkshire Dales. We bought a meal from Tan Hill which was around £25 with a drink. I bought the hot pot which I thought would have been more filling....

Here is a short video of me and my family cooking a camping classic meal. Steak & cheese Baquet's. I go through the whole process from start to finish. We all enjoyed the meal freshly cooked on the wood burning stove. The wood burning stove is in my allotment shed. My son Bobby surprisingly ate the steak meat with no struggle. It just goes to show a lovely meal can be cooked as long as there is...

Here is a video of me and my son, cooking home grown potatoes. I go through stages of preparation to cook them properly. I also in included cooking gammon and eggs. I must admit the chips did not cook as I thought, they were rather singed. Overall we both really enjoyed our allotment cooked meal on the wood burner stove.
Cooking Cheese On Toast On A Wood Burning Stove
Переглядів 1203 місяці тому
Here we are cooking cheese on toast on the Canvas Tent Shop wood burning stove. The food has been prepared in the allotment shed as you will see. The onions are home grown and were delicious. The frying pan is called a skillet which is a cast iron frying pan. I pre seasoned the pan again as i have used it quite a few times in such a short period. I found that putting the metal plate over the ch...

Here are me and my kids cooking a full English breakfast on the Canvas Tent Shop Wood Burning Stove. It actually turned out really nice in the end. We had Sausages, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, hash browns and beans. I forgot to get mushrooms. This is a great way of getting the kids out the house. I am lucky enough to have somewhere to go away from home to do activities such as this. I hope you enjoy...

Castle Eden 4 Mile Circular
Переглядів 2434 місяці тому
TODAY we are completing s 4 mile circular walk. I parked at the Castle Eden Inn. There is plenty of spaces and you can always pop in for a well deserved drink after the walk. The walk it self is fairly easy but take care when walk onthe outskirts of Castle Eden Dene. The path can be steep up and down. Keep checking the map as I found out the hard way, I took a wrong turn and ended up wasting ar...
Edmundbuyers 3 mile circular walk
Переглядів 1634 місяці тому
I had a nightmare with the rain, it immediately damaged my microphone so again I apologize for the poor audio. The weather is so random when you go to places like here. We did just over 3 mile which was probably perfect for having Bobby in the pram. The hills were steep and some were really muddy, i'm surprised i didn't slip to be honest. The walk it worth it just for the view. Comment if you d...

Cassop & Quarrington 5 Mile Circular Walk County Durham
Переглядів 2675 місяців тому
Here is a 5 mile circular walk around Cassop and Quarrington. The views round these parts are amazing. The walk it self was great. The gates dividing fields were in good condition and there was only one time i struggled with Bobby going through a tight path and the trees were in my way. If you get time i strongly recommend you try this walk. Comment if you do.

My Son's First Day Hiking And Cooking Outdoors
Iv never a Decathlon tent. I often see them on camp sites.
For what you paid for that tent Dale, you can't go wrong. A couple of camps and it won't owe you a penny. Personally though, we tried a very similar tent (Decathlon MH100 XXL) and it wasn't really for us. Great video as always my friend.
What an absolute bargain, Dale! I had a Coleman Darwin 2 man tent. Took it out a few times and had no complaints whatsoever. Great review on this tent. ⛺
Yeah they seem like good tents.
From Sunderland?
County Durham is a truly beautiful part of the world
It sure is. It's a shame cos I think allot of people here take it for granted.
@DaleTomkinson they really do and it's strange as there's few places in the UK as nice
Well dale you've done it again my other uncle farmed near the woods one farm down a lane over the road also. .... that was many years ago.....atb season greetings too you and family 👍....
That's great bit of family history going on there. Yes season greetings to you to.
Brings back memories.... Of my youth.... Thank you .... Dale and Harvey... Dale.... You, are such a character.. I wish you all the best with your channel 🎉
Class Dale mint video
The little one..is sooooo chilled
The audio is crap in parts very echoey. It's because I was connected to my wireless speaker.... Lesson learnt.
Looks like you had a cracking time there Dale. I camped there in the summer and while I got some awesome pictures of the sunset, I woke up to the same weather you had. It is a great place to visit, but can get quite busy at the weekends.
Yeah I agree it was chocka when I first got there. I'm going back soon I want to experience it in winter.
Absolutely love oex as a brand, only thing i dislike about my Hyena 2 and jackle 2 is the yellow interior, 1st world problems hey 😂
I love OEX to probably my favorite brand. Out of the tents though I do prefer the red and blue interior. But then again the green is more stealthy if wild camping. I like it how the interior matches the poles though.
Great to see you again Dale, I was wondering where you'd gone lol Young Bobby really does seem to like his scran
Im struggling to produce weekly videos at the moment. Since Bobby has been born its none stop. We still here though and doing well. Thanks for watching Ivan.
Can’t lie ferryhill has an unfair reputation I went on a walk there a few weeks back and thourght it was quit nice!
Iv lived here all my life, I love my town and Your right its a shame it has this shadow cast over it. The majority of people living here are nice working class people who are salt of the earth.
@@DaleTomkinson yeah I agree mate 👌
Great vid mate...been round there many many times....
Nice place to go for a walk. Iv looked on OS maps the track leads quite far if your willing to walk for miles.
Just ordered one of these, it will be great for me. Also if you keep the poles and pegs separate in your rucksack you can squash the tent down smaller if a bit more space was needed. Cheers for the video mate. :)
I love this little tent but I am thinking of getting something new soon. unsure what to get. Iv noticed Blacks are now selling refurbished tents for a fraction of the RRP.
im suprised there are no grey herons there thay love small frogs but i guess its human activity keeping them away.
That would of been interesting to see. I agree with you maybe too many people for other wildlife to hang around.
The ponds that you passed are used for fishing, they made them deeper. It used to be all open and two ponds and a beck. Named Johnny Best beck. Was definitely a better walk when the bypass wasn't there. There are buildings all over, some in Brusselton wood. Belonged to the mine. If you had gone through the wood, at the bottom thats called Haggs lane. Just below High Thickley farm, the little villiage there is called Brusselton. Brusselton incline, you will still see the stones for the rail tracks also information on the walls.. Love walking around, been doing since i was little with my sister and dad, Im nearly 63y now.
Thanks for the comment. Always nice to get local knowledge of the area.
Thanks for this walk route just done it was lovey!
glad it helped
Im from the south of england, lived in the north east for seven years, oh how i miss that accent. Good review of this tent, which i have had for a couple of years but yet to get it out the box, had no use for it now im on my own!!
Iv always said I couldnt move away from the north east. I would miss the accent and people. Thanks for watching.
Watch ya fingers with them knives mate 😂
Would definitely be an instant clean cut mate. Cheers again.
yet another awesome family video Dale. I love your enthusiasm, and love your family ❤
Thank you we have health, some wealth and happiness. What more could a family want.

thank you. your right.
What's next class mate
next video coming soon
GREAT JOB MY DEAR MANY BLESSINGS ❤❤❤❤❤
thanks for watching
Getting more adventurous with every meal Dale👍 Great video as always
Thank you again.
Another great video Dale, a man after my own heart, you can never have too much onion with anything. At this rate it won't be long before Bobby is cooking for you 😁 Big love to you and your family.
Your right, the speed he is growing is unreal. Wish I had more veg to put on to be honest.
I bet Gordon Ramsey couldn't cook a meal in an allotment shed while looking after a small child.
Ha yeah probably not. That made me laugh.
Born & raised in Weardale but spent most of my life here in Canada, recognized that area straight away as Bollihope bottom.
Must of brought memories back to you I hope.
Class video Dale keep them coming 👍
Cheers Paul 👍
A lovey walk which was part of the historic Bishop Auckland to Ferryhill Railway. I walked this in 2020 and you can find it on my YT channel Alphapix57.
Very good.
great stuff Dale
Thank you
Another great video, Dale. That's the way to do it.
Thanks 👍
I love it when you post these videos Dale You have such a beautiful family. Although I think the kids definitely stole the show 😄
I think they did haha. I had to let mia cook of else I dont think she'd of come up.
Church not built in the 1600s mate, more like 670 AD, lived in escomb from birth til age 26, lovely little place, good video production of yours there too!
yes looks like your correct lol. Dunno where iv got my information from then.
I love you bro ❤❤❤ you inspire me to camp! ❤🎉
thank you
Thank you so much bro ❤❤❤❤❤❤
appreciate it
Castle Eden looks beautiful and peaceful. Great walk.
It really is!
Just bought same model , brilliant
I'm wanting the 2 man version.
This is the first time I've heard that accent from a kid, it was funny/cute. Your eggs looked good.
Thanks for watching
Good old Aldi They really do have some bargains at times. Think my best buy was a £2.99 headtorch which is still going over a year later on the included batteries
Yep I agree there some absolute bargains. I wouldn't say it's all quality stuff but it does the job.
It was always a pleasure to get lost on my bike in that neck of the woods. Great scenery - just try to avoid Sherburn Hill.
I think I would to.
Great to get the kids involved, i remember dragging the kids up the moors on my back sling. Was pretty difficult! Keep it up, nice person, nice dad
Thank yo very much.
Iv not watched many, but your right up my street. you gotta be from Teesside right?
North East yeah 👍. Thanks for watching.
Omg I'm sorry for scaring you in sainsbury's today it's not everyday you meet someone famous in ferryhill 😂
That's never happened to me in Ferryhill. Thanks for saying im famous its nice to be appreciated
The mini goals have been removed cause acousonaly the youth team that i play for train there and the building outside of the main part people climb on i can but i wont out of respect
If everyone respected other peoples property we would have a lovely area.
@@DaleTomkinson agreed
That building that I talked about has been taken down as well as the cottage
Rubbish..... took it back as poles bent in slight breeze! Spend your money on something better.....I got a sided gazebo then in lidl for £69...no chance of it breaking. Asda now want £50 for this.....😅😅
I took it to the seaside once. It lasted 2 minutes on the slightest of breezes. I agree with you on this one. Iv seen better out there.
You are a great Dad Dale. I take my hat off to you. I'm still loving the intro, by the way.
Thank you very much. I try my best
Key at no.28 across from the back of church, love that trust thing, all the best.
Ahh thanks for sharing.
Hi mate I was the person that said hello in ferryhill station lol , have you don a video in the the old mainforth colliery site
Hello mate. I have done a walk round there I think.
Grew up in chilton in the 80s and 90s. We always called those woods the 'planty'
I think i remember it being called that when i was up the comp.
Looks worth a drive over from Hartlepool. Sheep might not be impressed with me collies like...
give it a go mate.
