The Lord Pattini's birth of Anklet පත්තිනි සළඹ උපත Sri Lankan Traditional Dancing Culture Festival
Four hundred years ago, during the reign of Sithawaka in Sri Lanka, an Indian Tamil king Seramanan of Kerala was held Festival in the town of Ruwanwella in Sri Lanka to cure a head disease. That king made a gold anklet and offered it to Lord Pattini. That story is sung here in the poem.
