What tension do you use for 3D puff?

So once I have success how do I end the tension mode on the device. I keep pressing stop but it doesn’t go to the main screen.

My machine came with the middle needle down and I can’t remove the cap driver. I tried messaging through the website but no one is answering. I asked to join the Facebook group but I’m waiting for approval.

Hello I just ordered my Smartstitch S-1001 should be coming in soon! So excited I’m planning on using Mighty Hoops with my machine, can you possibly make a video on how to add the mighty hoops in my embroidery machine being these are different hoops than what’s provided with the Embroidery machine. Any reviews for Smartstitch that aren’t from influencers? I can’t buy a machine with a one year warranty and only paid reviews. I want to buy soon but am leaning toward HappyJapan for this reason.

A needle threader would be a great addition! Trying to thread 15 needles is very time consuming.
