As a Montanan, I totally get what you’re saying about fires. We are in full blown smoke season and it’s devastating every year with the acres burned and the homes lost. I just have to remain myself that obviously the fires are worse now than ever, but fires are a natural part of the cycle and when a spot burns, at least it won’t burn for another several decades at least.

Is the no AC like a money saving thing? I just cannot imagine.. I would move to another country if I couldn’t have AC😂 What do you think about love island?!?

I’m on low dose accutane permanently, it works well for me. However skin is so…personalized. It’s hard to figure out!

I can't imagine grocery shopping somewhere where the same items are $1-2+ more just for a better experience. But also Westbrook Walmart sucks! I lived practically next to it and I still wouldn't go there, I always go to heritage gate, the bonus is that everything is down there, superstore, dollarama, costco, ikea, marshalls, michaels I've been boycotting superstore for the past few months because of their inflation & I pretty much only shop at walmart and costco right now. My grocery bill has decreased drastically, but I think it's mostly because I was so used to going to superstore more frequently and just picking up things here and there vs. intentionally going to costco/walmart with a list

Vey curious about the Celsius and baseline thought. I was just diagnosed ADHD this spring and it’s been a journey, pretty sure I have autism too. I don’t do caffeine though because it makes my heart go weird. If you do seek a diagnosis I hope it goes well 😊

I struggled with acne from high school til about halfway through college when I finally figured out a routine that worked for me. Then, last March I had surgery and had an ovary removed and since then I have struggled with much worse acne and especially cystic hormonal acne. I talked with my doctor and we decided to switch my birth control to one that is known to help with acne a few months ago and I went to the dermatologist for the first time a few weeks ago. Since making those changes, I have watched my skin slowly clear up and it has been really lovely. It's far from perfect, but I haven't had a major painful cystic pimple on my chin (where my hormonal acne comes through) for almost two weeks which is a huge win. It's really frustrating to be in my mid 20s and still struggling with acne the same way I was when I was 15. So I totally get it.

I really enjoyed this video and how honest you were about giving yourself some leeway and not beating yourself up over the times you spent some money. It was smart to not set such strict boundaries and I think this is exactly the way I need to structure my upcoming low buy challenge ❤thanks for the motivation!

ok ive been watching your vlogs for a while now and I think it’s time I shared what I learned. For the longest time I, like you, struggled with my skin. Combination skin is the worst!! I would try creams, facewashes, and toners, tried antibiotics, accutan…literally NOTHING was working. So I decided to read up on it and discovered something called face mapping bc I also had a lot of chin breakouts. Turns out, if you have breakouts in that area it means you’re having excessive sugars and dairy! I tried it and I kid you not. I started clearing up! Started drinking lots of water (with lemon for vit c), eating LOTS of veggies. Cut down on sugar and dairy, and to this day have managed to keep them at bay. Oh and wearing little to no makeup helps too! I still get occasional hormonal ones but its nowhere near as bad. Hopefully that helps!

Have you ever considered low dose accutane? It is really a miracle drug and low dose means the symptoms are way less but just as effective.

I’m glad you had a great trip! I assume you meant rosemary cream cheese and not bagel? Haha. We’ve done a couple little day trips to Canmore and quite enjoy :) last summer we went to a lake nearby and then went for a little walk around Canmore.
