For the sake of anyone not getting this to spawn after multiple attempts and have or not completed Taxi Majima, just beat him again when he is hiding. I got him to surprise attack me from the trash can on Nakamichi Street (check the manhole in front of the millennium tower and or taxi car nearby in case he spawns there instead). I beat him and tried again. It worked for me after a few attempts, yet I had to walk and get caught by a large man wearing sunglasses to trigger it.

Please Falcom, when you decide to remake Sky the 3rd, please keep these memory doors intact with an updated game engine, of course. They are a crucial part of the game, and it would be a shame if you alter them in any way.

I got it at 34 turns. Probably couldve done it in less actually but I got lazy and didnt want to restart every time lmao all you got to do is like I've seen other people say. Build. Up. His trust. Max out his attributes. Once you do that save. Then keep doing the tournament. I got it right away and didnt need to reload, so you might not either. I used willpower, mood, and.. one of the other original ones.. and the floor face punch as his finisher. He only used it on one opponent then kicked tf out of the next two like they were a ping pong ball lol but I was having issues at first too, but following my instructions got him the W. So. Good luck.
