Try adding a second defender, and a goal at both ends. It's important both teams have a scoring method, more realistic to a game. In a real game, if you win the ball, you don't just give it back. The 2nd defender also adds communication, and provides talk relative to where the opposition goal is, so the 1st defender can confidently push the attacker away from the goal - just like a real game. 2nd defender can be passive to start with, then become active, then add another attacker (when the defenders start dominating). Emphasis on the defensive principles, but also bursting away from the contest if the defender wins the ball. When the defenders start doing really well, it can turn in to an attacker dribbling drill - same drill, just different player focus. This goes back and forth, as each unit helps the other get better.

@patogames5099 this was just a demo over how to position your body. Your stance as you approach the ball. There's still a lot more to teach.. We do those as well in other sessions and end games as well as 1v1s

@KiarieMwene i should've though some play slightly different positions or roles when playing for Harambee stars at times.. Only a few like Okumu, Olunga play the same positions throughout. So thought it's simpler and accurate
