Marist played Ireland game plan.....applying pressure during all their kicks....ball was slippery and its hard to control and it got them the win...RKS got a good team....me ya play territory ga....you can have a lot of possession and still lose but if you have the edge on territory...it has been proven that most team wins not on possession but on playing in right territories....my 1 cent contribution

Most of us in the Marist Community never expected what the boys showed on this, one of the most beautiful of days. We had written them off even before they ran on to the HFC stadium that day as they had lost a few times along the way and had to go through play offs to qualify. And RKS the Eastern Champion was waiting for them in the quarter finals. When Ba Pro qualified earlier in the day the commentator said they will meet RKS in the Semi final...can you believe that? Even I believed him. Than our Marist boys came on and delivered a game that would be told in generations to come in the Marist family. Vinaka vakalevu Marist and also to the RKS boys for a wonderful game.
