I love your planty shelves, do you have a link by chance?
@@jackyorozco647 thank you so much 🙏🏼 I’ve built the shelfies. Hope to make a DIY video on my channel soon 🏡🪴✨

What do you use on the wall to help the pothos stay on? ❤
@@sindu3 I use simple self adhesive clips for plant vines I got on Amazon 🪴
How do you shower your plants? Take it out of the vase and hose it down? Or take it to the bathtub?
@@sindu3 Yes! Exactly! Take it out of the vase and gently hose it down in the shower. Best way to clean plants like Pothos in my opinion 👩🏼🌾💚
How do you shower your plants? Take it out of the vase and hose it down? Or take it to the bathtub?
If you take out the whole plant to clean the vessel, isn’t it hard to put back in because of all the roots, especially since your bottle opening is narrow?
@@sindu3 It’s not easy to put it back but I do manage. I think it might be a good time to change to a bigger vessel. What do you think? 🪴🌿✨
Alina I love your beautiful plants and cozy home. Your new propagated Pothos looks beautiful in the new area of your home. Love your beautiful and calming aura. Cheers to all plant lovers! ❤️
@@arzoos7137 🥹 Thank you so much! So kind of you to say 🫶🏻🪴✨ I really hope my new Pothos plant will be happiness in his new spot and will fill out the space in no time 🏡
Great video, well done 👍🏼 If you're an underwaterer it could be good to change up from terracotta. Just a suggestion 😊
My apologies if the terracotta are cover pots only
@@melissaafkrichardson9204 Thank you so much 🏡🫶🏼 It is a really good suggestion! But yes, most of my terracotta pots are cover pots because I love changing things up. On the balcony, most of the cacti and succulents are in terracotta and the are happy in it 💚✨🪴
Thank you for information. Very useful tips👍🏽
My pleasure 😊
Hi friend 🫶😍
Hi dear 🌿 happy to see a familiar face 😍💚
I also water my plants in the shower...usually. I agree that it really helps keep pests under control. Once showered, I use a watering can with fertilizer water to top off.
That's exactly what I do! Shower and if it's time for some fertilizer, I add some with a watering can! It has worked really good for me and my plants 💚🪴✨
@@GreenLifebyAlishkawhy with a watering can? Can it not be added to the water in the vase directly? Sorry for all the questions. I’m a beginner
@@sindu3It’s ok! I love answering questions and helping new plants parents. Always feel free to ask me questions! I think we are talking about different things. If you’re asking about a cutting, it’s not a problem to add fertilizer directly into the vase. But then you should add a drop or two of the fertilizer. It’s also ok to dilute the fertilizer in a watering can and then add to the vase. Don’t overdo with the fertilizer! Add small amount once a month in the growing season or in every season if the plant continues to grow new leaves. Hope this helps 🫶🏻🏡
I literally cannot grow a Golden Pothos in soil. But I've had one THRIVING in a vase of water for YEARS! Seriously the BEST decision I made, too! Though I do have a Marble Queen growing on a moss pole, and she LOVES it!
It's a great way to grow Pothos. Mine has been in water for about a year and I'm so happy he is feeling much better now. Growing Pothos in water is so rewarding! 💚 I haven't tried to add a moss pole to my Pothos in soil but I think I will do that too! 🏡🙏✨
Do you have any tips? Mine keep rotting in water even in bright light and changing water :( the bottoms are black and mushy.
@@lb9549 I wish I could help! Did you let the cut ends dry before you put them in water?
@ If you already have some mushy brown roots, cut them off and wash the healthy roots under running water. When the root system is healthy change the water once in two weeks, always clean the vase when you change the water. Don’t submerge all the root system in water and always check the roots when you have the chance and cut off unhealthy ones. I also add a diluted amount of liquid fertilizer once in a while (really small amount!) Hope this helps 🏡🌿🫶🏻
I have a HUGE pot of that Dieffenbachia Tropic Snow! It was one of the first plants I acquired in 2021 when I began to *actually* collect houseplants (but I've always had plants in my home). Thank you for your tour! Where are you located in the world? Wisconsin, USA here!
