Heck with requesting another Judge id request the case be heard in another city/county!!

All of this "evidence" and drama is great if you want clicks, but if you are serious about this, LAWYER UP and sue him, the city, the state and any commercial interests involved. You will get ALL of the records that you need in discovery, you can get an injunction (possibly), and you can get NATIONAL ATTENTION. THIS isn't serving ANY REAL purpose other than to get clicks.

For those not paying attention, our government who has not shown up to help save the people dying in the mud and on rooftops in NC, did show up for a town hall meeting last Friday in Chimney Rock NC to inform survivors they could not go back to their properties to see what remained, that they no longer owned anything in chimney rock and it now belongs to the government who is going to bring in dozers and just start pushing everything away and I’ve since learned that they already had an agreement in place with BlackRock that they would have a functioning lithium mine operating in that area sometime in 2025!!! It’s time to wake up folks and it’s time we set our government straight with the power grated us by our Constitution!! This is beyond wrong in every way imaginable and first was Pigeon Forge and now 1/3 of the state of NC is gonna be taken and destroyed and it’s absolutely wrong!!! So this Mayor signs a loan agreement to get $5+M dollars and just "signs" away his rights to the group? Yeah, right. There was an alternate plan, one no one knew about. It would be interesting to see how in the world he is going to get out of this one.

What is sad, is this happens to hard working folks every day in America. I pity the landowners who have 200 acres and up in the next 10 years, as there are people that will find a legal way to take what belongs to you away from you. They will either do it through taxation or eminent domain. I watched an entire neighborhood of hundreds of homes get razed by the city for an airport expansion. This expansion didn't happen for many, many years. So what do you think the rental car agencies had to pay for that land later, in order to build their little parking lots and rental buildings? Probably 50 times what was paid to the original neighborhood owners.

The judge was just appointed by the Governor and prior to her appointment she was a juvenile magistrate. She began her career as an attorney with Green, Waters Ogle and McCarter Law Firm. They specialize in personal injury cases and the firm is located in Sevierville. I recognize the last name of Waters in the name of the law firm as well. I would think it may be appropriate to get a change of venue.

Eminent Domain was implemented to help communities and all it has done is rob law abiding, tax paying citizens of their rights and their property. I hope you win! I'm praying for you. ✌

If it was Rex Henry you would of been good. He was the most honest and respected judge in Sevier County until he retired. He was the only Ogle i recall that has been a judge here. You diffently don't want Rader.

so... the judge was hit by a car so they could appoint their own judge..... all I have to say is that I hope you have security and you need to start making videos that say 'no matter what they will tell you, I did not commit suicide'. These people are not going to let you expose their corruption that has been going on for decades and decades. In case you haven't noticed, no one is obeying the law. Up is down, right it wrong and these evil people are getting away with everything!

I was on my way back to North Florida helping family up in Georgia giving them supplies from hurricane damage and no power , and all of a sudden you all popped up in my head , in the middle of the night while driving. God was giving me an update.❤

Nothing honorable about the dead judge. Autopsy results show he was way over the limit for alcohol and full of drugs.
