I just had mine yesterday and I can now keep it flying easily. So I think you can skip the coaxial. Just buy a spare flybar(s) so if it breaks you can continue flying and you don't need to wait till the next morning to get new one in your mailbox. :)

I just bought a couple of these but I'm a beginner so I don't have any useful info for you other than: they are durable and I can even "fly" them a little.

Sounds like you have a couple of birds nearby. My gawd what a cacauphony of birds! I have parrots visit me often -be thankful you don't (or do you?). Parrots, or Squawkers as I call them, are extremely loud!

Minute for minute, the best outdoor circuit flying demonstration here on UA-cam and a standard worth emulating. I agree that the 9958 has tremendous potential and a good heli for the price with massive potential for modification. Adding a Turnigy TX makes for a heightened flying experience. Spare parts and multiple batteries should be ordered with the heli. The Solo Pro 260 is a better heli but the TX is ugly, clumsy and the NE line cannot be controlled by other TX's..

@frazzelrock Mine did the same thing out of the box. You need to adjust the linkages that go from the servos to the swashplate. Pop them off with gentle force and then tighten or loosen them to adjust. One linkage will control forwards/backwards movement and the other controls lateral movement. Tightening will make the heli move in one direction and loosening will make it travel in the other direction. It's just a matter of trial and error.

you fly so well, ive only flown mine like 5-6 time but it just wants to go back and to the right all the time, how did you fix this? carnt get mine to hover right and i carnt adjust it any more. maby im just a crap pilot.

I just ordered the Kestrel 500sx, Bravo III and Bravo sx. My blade 120sr is tired and I prefer the 45• flybar for a more stable flight. My msr has too much speed for indoor flight. I've converted to Nine Eagles helis now and this heli is next. Can't wait til they make a Hugh 500 body for it though.

@Dxxchrisable I fitted the Xtreme Solo Pro swash and this did improve performance a little bit. The main problem is that the servos don't have much travel, and I don't know if or how this can be adjusted. This is the main thing making this heli slow, if the servos travelled closer to their end points this heli would be a lot faster.

For the price, the 9958 is a great heli to bash around. The Solo Pro is a much better helicopter, it handles better and has a higher build quality. The 9958 is pretty solid but has some weak components, namely the upper rotor head assembly (the blade pivots snap easily) and the ball joints on the main blades snap just by breathing on them. Other than that, it's pretty durable and will take some hard knocks. It flies fast, but is a little delayed in response and pitches down a lot.

@Dxxchrisable Yes, it isn't a fast helicopter. The servo travel is quite limited for some reason. If you want more performance, I'd recommend a Solo Pro or the new 9958. The 9C002 is more a beginner's heli, or for someone who just wants an easy and relaxing flight.

@TechHeroPower The download link to the firmware is in the video description. It's not fake, in the sense that it does exist and was created by Dingoo Technology for their deceptively named A330. It's fake in the sense that they merely ripped off the hardware and software of Dingoo Digital's A320.

@SentinelGames Mine currently runs on Frameskip 2. F-Zero is playable to some extent, so is Zelda: ALttP, but games like Super Metroid and Mega Man 7 are so jittery it's unbearable. So I suppose platform games should be avoided if necessary. It's also a shame they couldn't emulate chips like the C4 chip or the FX chip. I could really use some Mario RPG or Star Fox (which would probably be unplayable anyway due t the jerkiness) right out of the box. :( Then again, it's good for waht it is.

@lodown505 Only thing you can do is go into the options screen and set frameskip to 1 or 2 pending the game being played. Overclocking helps too. Some games run okay doing this, others won't. There really isn't any other fix.

Do you know of any way I can get the SNES to run more smoothly? I googled it and couldn't really come up with a straight answer. I get the runaround, "Download Linux and then install SNES9x, but I heard that it doesn't change anything.

@enjoiskate11 Yep, this is stock, native C4 physics code. It was developed by Terathon Software (makers of the C4 Engine) and is included with all licences of the engine. It's an in-house solution, is cross platform (Win, Mac, PS3, Xbox) and fully networked. No dependencies and no software or driver installs required.

@jellyjigglerman, the a320, by something or other "Holding Company', is not in fact a 'chinese rip-off' item but a budding console company in its own right. They simply have few licensed games and depend heavily upon either older roms (freeware) or illegal ones or better yet, the amazing Homebrew when you know where to find them.. Compared to todays common DS or DSI , well I for one feel it's well worth the present $85. USD.
